Love my dentist. Good customer service and easy to understand explanation of services. Bridge and crown replacement went well. Wait time is way too long though on a scheduled appointment. Office is hard to reach by phone. Basically pleased with thw office and service. Nice staff. Good location with easy accessibility.

So far my expierence from the front desk to the dental assistants and to the drs have been outstanding! There professional and courteous in every detail of my care. I appreciate the that staff cares and look for ward to being a patient for a longtime!! My dentists , drawing a blank w the names are all professional and are very knowledgeable. I felt at ease from the first appointment. Keep up the great work!!

Without question the worst practice I have ever seen. Three appointments for a simple cleaning were cancelled and rescheduled now, the first with prior notice of only a few hours due to the dentist leaving. The second time they had to call the insurance company at the time of the appointment for some reason even though the new patient setup was called ahead and completed, and the insurance company didn’t answer in time to keep to their schedule. Why couldn’t they call prior? The third time we showed up to a note on the door that due to an equipment issue, no work could be done (I’m not sure what equipment failure prevents a cleaning, they could even still do X-rays). There was no prior notice about that failure, so more work missed without reason. I even called the third time to confirm the appointment just 30 minutes prior and make sure they had everything needed. However the clinical team seems completely unavailable and you will be routed to a care team that seems very disconnected from the actual location and can’t answer meaningful questions like if they connected with insurance successfully. Avoid at all costs! If you respond telling me to “contact you directly”, tell me exactly who to contact.

I initially went there for a check up because my dentist closed and due to crazy work schedule and being a single parent I put on back burner and kinda neglected myself on getting a new dentist! I only went for a check up everybody was very nice, pleasant and tentative! Past experiences some talk to you like a child or kinda scold you about the condition of your teeth not even knowing your story! But they were all nice! I got the care I needed to get on track towards healthy teeth! I ended up getting braces all in the same day! Great payment plan affordable! I have no complaints! I told my relative to get them a try because she’s had bad experiences with dentist too and have been trying to find one too!

If there was an option to give no stars I’d definitely go with that, service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! They had me waiting three hours for an appointment I already had scheduled and spoke to them about my appointment prior to going in only for them to tell me they didn’t feel comfortable doing any work today because only half of the mouth was approved at the for the cleaning mind you the specialist suggested only doing half due to being sore after but all of a sudden they changed their mind today and didn’t want to do the half they suggested to do in the first place so really I just wasted my time sitting there for three hours because they didn’t tell me anything the whole time I was there waiting DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this location!
