Sign in to reviewI had a great experience with this office. We hit a bit of a snag early on due to a third-party mistake that was completely out of the dental office's control. However, I was really impressed with how quickly the team jumped in to advocate for me and speed up the process. As for the dental work, my denture fits and works perfectly now. It took two minor adjustments to get the fit just right, but the staff was patient and professional throughout. Everyone here is polite and kind. The only area for improvement would be the wait times; even with an on-time arrival, we sometimes waited an extra 30 minutes to see the dentist. Despite that, we are very satisfied with the quality of care and the kindness of the team."

I came to have a tooth extracted under my insurance, and waited 3 hours and 30 minutes. I sat in the chair, they prepared the injection, the doctor looked at me and went to lunch, they didn't know how to get money out of me. He comes back and says we'll extract the tooth for free under insurance, but you need to pay $625 so that you feel good after the extraction. They're scamming everyone as if everyone is stupid! Today I went and had the tooth restored elsewhere for $500. I'm giving it one star because there's no lower option.
