Sign in to reviewMy beloved mother has been at Westminster Memorial Park & Mortuary for over a year. I always bring new flowers to her memorial as a symbol of love and grief from her only son. I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care and attention of the staff. Thank you James for always keeping our Chapel looking nice inside. Most notably, Garret Jackson whom is always attentive to issues surrounding the park. A few weeks ago, he observed that I had to walk a very far distance to refill some vases with water. Jackson went above and beyond and installed an outdoor faucet outside of our Chapel within minutes. Many family visitors and I use that same faucet today for our flowers. Their work shows profound respect for the families who visit loved ones. Thank you very much Jackson!
Westminster Memorial Park was Fantastic! The Funeral Director Warren and the Cemetery Director Mikey were great to work with. They both returned calls promptly, and I called frequently with many questions. Warren handled every detail with care and compassion, including the pre-funeral meeting, Chapel Service, sign-in table memorial card hand-outs, and especially the music/picture slideshow. Mikey was very friendly and compassionate and made sure everything was taken care of on the cemetery side. The Park grounds are beautiful and kept well manicured. I have only good things to say about the Memorial Park, office staff and Directors.
I chose this mortuary because from the very beginning their customer service stood out. During such a difficult time, their staff showed genuine kindness, patience, and respect toward my family. Their communication was clear and consistent, which gave us peace of mind and helped guide us through every step of the process. They were always willing to answer our questions and offer support, making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. Their friendly and compassionate service truly made a difference, and it meant a lot to have people who treated our loved one and our family with such care and dignity. Specials thanks to Warren Roitman and koreen Lucas. God bless u both 💙🙏
My wife and I had an outstanding encounter with employees at the Westminster Memorial Park. This is a topic we've wanted to face for years but have put it off. I'm now in my mid-70's and felt it's about time. We went to our appointment and gave our wishes regarding how everything was to be handled. By the end of the meeting, we finalized our plans and paid it off. In full disclosure, we had quotes from two other locations that also were good, but we chose Westminster Memorial Park. No more anxiety about who in the family is going to do what because it's already set. Very thankful for the counsel we received and I hope we don't see them again for many years. Ha! Thank you Westminster Memorial Park for giving us peace of mind and confidence that all bases are covered.
When it came to the funeral for my mom in June, Warren was fantastic, taking care of fine details and helping our family celebrate my mom in such a respectful way. Unfortunately, the ball was completely dropped when it came to dealing with the plot staff, Ty has yet to respond to my request for the date being engraved on the tombstone. No return calls for months. I then was referred to Kyle, who assured me he would take care of my request. Again, I have been ghosted!! No return phone call, no response to messages left. I am devastated at the lack of empathy and respect for our beloved mother and wife. I do not want some lame response from the owner, I want the issue to be solved with the dates place on my mothers grave.
