Westmoreland Auto Repair, Inc is an auto repair shop at 1914 E Westmoreland St in Philadelphia, PA 19134. The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. Its 4.3-star rating across 68 reviews reflects a range of customer experiences, so drivers can use the feedback as one part of deciding whether the shop fits their repair needs. Calling ahead to discuss the problem, timing, and estimate can help set clear expectations before arranging a visit.

Customer reviews mention work on exhaust manifolds, radiators, and engines. One reviewer said the shop completed an exhaust manifold repair in two days after they had struggled to find a business willing to take on the job. Another mentioned having a radiator replaced, while other accounts describe engine work. These are examples reported by customers, not a complete service menu or a guarantee that every repair is available. If you have a particular issue, ask the team whether they can inspect it and what information they need to provide an estimate.

Feedback about the experience is mixed. Some customers describe the mechanics as professional and friendly, and one review praises their ability to pinpoint a problem using diagnostic technology. Another customer was pleased with the price and turnaround for a difficult repair. Other reviewers, however, report concerns about repair costs, communication, delays, and the results or condition of a vehicle after service. Because experiences differ, it is sensible to confirm the expected labor and parts costs, ask when you should expect an update, and clarify how the shop handles follow-up if a problem remains.

The shop may be worth contacting for Philadelphia drivers seeking help with a vehicle repair, especially if they want to ask about exhaust, radiator, or engine-related work. Its weekday evening hours and Saturday schedule can be useful for people who cannot visit during standard weekday business hours. Before leaving a vehicle, describe the symptoms, request an estimate and an expected completion window, and make sure you understand any approval process for additional work. Westmoreland Auto Repair, Inc is located on E Westmoreland Street in the 19134 area; a direct conversation can help you decide whether its availability, proposed work, and communication expectations suit your situation.

I put my car in this shop for an engine job. They replaced it with a bad engine. Was not tryna fix it , then they decided to buy put another engine in but still got problems. They did something to my car , it’s not right. It’s scratched up , front number don’t lock right, side marker broke , cat got in the car and scraped up my radio screen. Then the car still isn’t right , they don’t know what they doing. I paid almost 8k abd they won’t just let me get my money back and goto another shop to finish the repair. I just want my car so we can move on with the courts because it’s obvious they don’t know what they doing. I’ma be forced to sell the car because they did too much and don’t know the car anymore

Got My Radiator Done. First off they up charged me. Had a sign on the wall that said 80/hr for service but tried to charge me $350 and I brought my OWN radiator so they didn’t even need to give me a part. Their competition next door said he would only charge $150. They didn’t know proper protocol and kept changing rules, prices, even my e receipts said modified multiple times claims it was just to change the mechanics name a few times. Why would you have to change that so many times and it was ironically updated at the same time I asked to see it.. wouldn’t let me speak to the owner.. the mom was very rude after I expressed my concerns the manger on duty even said he wouldn’t pay $350 to get a radiator switched. Mind you I have an 05 GMC Envoy nothing fancy. Not to mention 4 days later car was overheating again! Only to find out the transmission line was connected to the radiator properly an my transmission fluid and coolant are mixing … so yeah don’t believe these reviews or that it’s the best prices. I could say a whole lot more about my experience but nope and every day since I’ve gotten it “fixed” the shop has been closed
