I recently visited Willamette Dental, and it was truly an outstanding experience. I’ve always been very nervous about getting fillings, but this visit completely changed that for me. Kate administered the numbing, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing—she was amazing. Dr. Patil handled my filling, and she was incredibly gentle and professional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I also want to highlight Tori, the dental assistant, who provided exceptional customer service. She was attentive, kind, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. The next day, I returned for my annual check-up, and Nhi, the hygienist, was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. I left feeling well-informed and confident about my dental health. Overall, I had two excellent visits at the Ken Willamette Dental location. The entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. Highly recommend!

I went to them for my first cleaning in about 5 years. I was super scared, but I let them know in my new patient forms what was going on and everyone who helped me was extremely sensitive, patient, and kind. The hygienist talked me through …

The dentist filled a cavity of mine and did a very bad job. The dentist spent the entire time doing the filling hitting on the young female assistant that was there, talking to her, and barely paying attention to what he was doing with my teeth. The filling hasn't aged well and I'm going to have to have another dentist fix it. Pathetic and annoying behavior from a dentist who probably has a wife and kids at home!

Communication was easily understood. I understood my options and suggestions for care of my teeth and gums going forward. I was pleased with my visit.

I canceled our insurance with them and switched to a new one. Now that I’ve visited a new dentist with my new insurance, I’ve discovered that I had three teeth that should have been treated years ago — but they never did anything. I now …
