Sign in to reviewBEST SALON IN AUSTIN!! After searching for 2 years I think I found my new go to salon for haircuts and perms. As someone who has been to multiple barbershops and salons I can confidently say that Windy’s gets a 10/10 when it comes to service, knowledge on different hairstyles/types, and helping you receive the haircut that not only fits you but also gets you as close to the reference photos you share. During my perm I was given some Korean snacks to eat as well :) Price of haircut and perm were also very affordable and I look forward to coming back soon!

I had a lovely experience for my first ever perm. I got a wavy digital perm & had a consultation a week before. I have fine & thick long hair that tends to be mostly straight. The perm process took 3.5 hours and was $350 and worth every penny! They warned me that bleached hair (even my partial balayage that I got done over a year ago) may not hold a perm well so they did cut about an inch and a half off my ends and made several layers. I trusted them through the process & my hair grows fast so I wasn’t worried about it being short. They threw in free curl cream and gave me instructions on how to care for the hair. I feel like the root perm really helped give me volume and allows me to wash my hair far less often! And my hair still feels soft & does not seem damaged at all. The wave is so nice and voluminous, I’m very pleased with it. I feel like a new person in the best way! Windy and her associate were sweet and warm and efficient. I’ll absolutely be back!
