Got a haircut and digital perm from Jennie and it was amazing! Her work is always wonderful and service was great. The new studio is beautiful and clean. I appreciated the complementary drink and snack. They also have massage chairs at the hair wash station which made the whole treatment so relaxing. I can’t recommend enough!

One of my new favorite places to get my hair done! The scalp treatment and massage was so relaxing. Jennifer did an amazing job on my haircut I feel so good about myself 🥰I will definitely be back ! Also their matcha is so yummy.

I visited the studio last Saturday and had a mixed experience. The salon ambiance was excellent, and the additional services such as scalp analysis, salt treatment, hair moisturization, and overall customer care were very good. For these services, I would rate them 5/5. However, my experience with the men’s haircut was not satisfying and if you notice the below pic my side fade looks different on both sides. I would rate it 1/5. The stylist working on my hair did my haircut and suggested a hair treatment next, assuring me that she would correct some concerns I had with the top section afterward. Unfortunately, because she was busy attending multiple customers at the same time, she never got the opportunity to address those concerns. Even during the haircut, her attention was divided between me and other clients, which affected the overall experience and final result. I believe if she had been able to focus solely on one customer at a time, the outcome would have been much better. My wife also wasn’t fully satisfied with her haircut experience and would probably rate it around 3.5/5. Overall, great ambiance and hair treatment services, but the haircut experience felt rushed and could benefit from more dedicated attention to each customer.

I had honestly given up on my hair, but you brought it back exactly the way I wanted. I know my hair is very difficult to work with, so I didn’t have high expectations—but you exceeded them completely. Even with normal hair, achieving this kind of result is not easy, but you managed to do it on my very challenging hair. I have a lot of gray hair in the front, and in the past I repeatedly used dark brown shampoo dye. I even dyed it red at one point (which I know is one of the hardest colors to remove), and tried ash brown multiple times. Of course, those previously dyed areas wouldn’t take color properly, so I just kept growing it out—even though my hair grows slowly. Honestly, I felt like there was no solution. But you created such a natural and beautiful look by adding highlights, applying an ash brown tone, and blending it into a slightly darker gradient at the ends. The way you balanced the gray coverage with soft ash tones looks absolutely amazing. I’ve been to many salons before for bleaching and ash coloring, but my hair was always damaged and never turned out right. You truly restored my hair perfectly. **Jennifer, you are the best. Highly recommend!** I just wish the photos could fully capture how amazing it looks in person! P.S. It was my first time experiencing a massage chair during the shampoo—absolutely amazing!

She really listens to what you want and makes sure everything looks sharp and well-balanced. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming as well.
