Sign in to reviewBrought my 2022 wrx for a 30k service as soon as they opened, I meet Mike and his calendar was fully booked, but he said "let me schedule you in, most likely it won't need much". He was very professional and knowledgeable and took care of my car within an hour. Definitely a customer for life.
Great experience as a first time customer. Did need to schedule an appointment about 3 weeks out, but if you’ve got an emergency and a job that isn’t too huge.. I bet this crew would take care of you swiftly and send you on your way. I had the pleasure of working with Mike and Steve and both were friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly… honest. Wolf’s didn’t recommend some of the items a local competitor was hoping to make a buck off. They considered safety and need and didn’t try to exploit my lack of expertise in the area. I left with a bill that could easily have been twice the amount or much more. What a brilliant business strategy (finding an honest mechanic can be a godsend) and my family will be customers as long as we live in the area and as long as they’ll have us. 5/5 great overall experience 5/5 good and reasonable pricing 5/5 service with a smile
It's incredible to find honest mechanics nowadays. I just had a conversation with Mike. He didn't say "bring the car over" - he listened my concerns, and recommended me to do nothing as what I said it's a normal thing in my vehicle. He also recommended me a place where I can take my car to for another specialized service - nothing like "bring it over and we'll see" just to grab my money. Keep it up.
If there were more stars, I'd choose 100 for them. As a single women they are honest, up front and never do work my car does not need. I highly recommend them.
Mike the owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a fair price, and had the car serviced in the time promised. HALF the cost of dealers!!
