Woodhouse Spa - Dallas

Woodhouse has been my go-to spa for facials and massages for the past 6 or 7 years. My husband & I book a couple's massage every 4 - 6 weeks. We always ask for the same two masseuse, and thoroughly enjoy our massage. We always rebook! Stacy & Debbie will ask you if there is any areas on your body that need attention or need to be avoided before they begin. They also make sure you are very comfortable. I really like that they aren't chatty - instead they use their time to give you the most thorough massage. I highly recommend the longer massage over the shorter one. I never want it to end, but when it does, I am thoroughly relaxed.

From the moment I walked in to receive my deep tissue massage, I felt an amazing energy of great hospitality. I was met with smiles and a sense of calmness. I received a deep tissue massage by gentleman by the name of Tristen and it’s almost as if his hands knew exactly where to find my most difficult muscle knots in my shoulders and upper back. I could have went to sleep the moment he stopped. He carried a spirit on him that allowed me to relax and feel comfortable. I would travel here in a heartbeat and book him just to receive that treatment again. It’s one thing to be a massage therapist, but it’s another thing to have gifted hands and a natural spirit to make someone feel new again. Thank you all for everything! 10/10!

I received a facial and deep tissue massage here last month. The massage with Ella was amazing, and I would definitely recommend her, especially for deep tissue! The Repair + Revive facial with a different provider was very disappointing, as there was so much empty time/nothing happening in between applications to the point I was confused what was going on. Upon checkout, I shared this feedback with the spa, and they were very receptive and offered a discount which was very appreciated. Shortly after, the spa manager contacted me to hear my feedback, apologized, and offered to make it right. I was able to come back for another facial with a different esthetician (Denae) this time, and my experience was wonderful. The facial was very soothing, hydrating, and didn't feel like a second was wasted. All in all, I'd highly recommend Woodhouse Spa. Personally, I still prefer massages here rather than facials but would recommend giving them a try regardless as they are clearly committed to great customer service.

I had a fantastic experience at Woodhouse Spa. Despite arriving a few minutes late due to traffic, the staff was incredibly understanding and welcoming. My therapist, Stacy, went above and beyond to ensure I felt relaxed and taken care of throughout the session. I chose the 90 min deep massage. The entire experience was well worth it. If you’re in the area and looking for a quality massage and a peaceful place to unwind, I highly recommend checking them out.

My return visit, which was generously made complimentary due to my previous experience, was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and intentional, and the staff carried themselves with warmth, attentiveness, and consistency throughout. The deep tissue massage itself was outstanding, both skilled and restorative, delivered with a clear sense of expertise and care. The salt room experience added a calming and restorative finish that elevated the entire visit in a very memorable way. The professionalism and kindness were evident throughout, and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience that made a lasting impression. What I experienced on this return visit was truly a 5 out of 5 experience. I left feeling relaxed, well cared for, and genuinely appreciative. I will absolutely be returning and will confidently recommend this spa to others.
