Other reviews raise concerns around communication, information sharing, prescription timing, and service consistency. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a healthcare provider. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero empathy toward patients. I ignored several red flags because the clinic was close to my home and I was motivated to start my weight loss journey. That was a mistake. I was asked to pay for my first appointment over the phone before even arriving. That same day, my card had suspicious charges from a jewelry store. I can’t directly blame the clinic, but I shared my concern and it was not taken seriously. No manager ever followed up. I paid for MIC injections ($50) that I never received. The program requires multiple paid visits, which is fine, but the coordination is extremely poor. The biggest issue is the lack of organization and respect for patients’ time and treatment: I was prescribed medication that lasts 4 weeks, yet my follow-up was scheduled almost 5 weeks later. When I called to fix it, the staff was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. Later, I was told to wait 2–3 weeks due to internal insurance issues, even though I was on medication. I had to offer to pay out of pocket just to continue my treatment. At my most recent visit, I showed up for an InBody and medication refill appointment. Instead, I was: Charged for a different consultation I did not schedule Placed in the wrong type of appointment Dismissed by the doctor, Dr. Javier Sosa, who said it wasn’t his responsibility and walked away I asked to speak with a manager. No one came. I waited 15 minutes and was completely ignored. I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. In healthcare, empathy and organization are essential. Patients trust you with their health, time, and money. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this clinic

I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience so other patients are aware of the process I encountered when trying to obtain a diagnostic mammogram order. Before writing this review, I called the office and asked to speak with a manager about this situation. I was told I would receive a call back, but unfortunately no one ever returned my call. I am very disappointed with the lack of empathy and the administrative process I experienced at The Woodlands PH – Katy location. I contacted the office because I needed a diagnostic mammogram order, which the hospital required in order to schedule my exam. I had already sent my results, instead of simply providing the order, I was told I would have to schedule a telephone consultation and pay $120 just to receive it. In the 16 years I have lived in the United States, and even in other states, I have never been charged simply to obtain a medical order that is required for an exam. It felt unnecessary and very frustrating, especially considering that this was a diagnostic test that I needed in a timely manner. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I called my gynecologist afterward, and they provided the order immediately without any issue or extra charge. Unfortunately, because of the delay and lack of support from my primary physician’s office, I now have to wait an additional month for my appointment at another hospital. I want to clarify that I have always had good experiences at The Woodlands PH location in The Woodlands. The staff there has always been proactive, empathetic, and helpful. This is the first time I have encountered a situation like this. I would also like to mention that the staff member who assisted me at the Katy location was polite and respectful. However, it seemed clear that he was simply following instructions that required patients to schedule and pay for a consultation just to receive a necessary order. The lab technician is kind and friendly, and Dr. Delsy is attentive. However, it feels like the primary focus is on nutrition services—constant calls and charges—while diagnostic scheduling and customer service could use much more attention. Access to timely diagnostic care is an important part of patient care, and administrative barriers like this can unfortunately delay necessary medical evaluations. I hope someone from the administration can review this situation and improve the process for patients who require timely diagnostic testing. :(

Today I was seen by a young man. When I explained to him that I couldn't wait 13 days just to get my prescriptions until my appointment with the doctor, he told me he couldn't possibly know that. My response was, "That's the reason I'm …
