I had an excellent experience at WOW Automotive. I was in need of replacing my ignition coils and spark plugs on my 2016 Mercedes E350 and the team at WOW Automotive did such a great job. They were very timely, professional, and much better priced than what I would have paid at a Mercedes dealership. These guys know their stuff. I have never had such a good experience with a mechanic. Every step of the way they sent photos of broken parts replacement parts, and the reasons they were making repairs. They are incredibly knowledgeable about ranger rover and jaguar in my experience (owning a jag) they are even tuned in enough to know what updated parts on later engines will be compatible with older models. They upgraded my cooling system from plastic hosing on the 2017 edition v6 3.L to the aluminum hosing used on the 2022 edition of that same engine. Very fair pricing and phenomenal customer service. This is a true tuner head shop highly recommend as the work comes with they make sure to do right by their customers
