I had the best dental experience ever at Wynn Dental! The entire team goes above and beyond to make your experience comfortable, transparent, safe and dare I say...fun! When you walk into the clinic, all the decorations and intentional touches make the environment bright and welcoming. As you get escorted to your room, a tv hangs with a welcome banner streaming on the screen with your name and a list of choices you can make during your visit. For example, I chose a plush blanket and a Netflix show during my cleaning. It all felt so bougie, yet so snuggly. During my exam and cleaning, Dr. Amy was very thorough, informative and completed my visit with such care and attention. After everything was through, I didn't feel judged or pressured to make certain choices, or even book another appointment. The staff focuses more on education and patient independence which I really appreciated! Lastly, they give you a lil' goody bag to take home! She's SO adorable! The entire experience felt like hanging out with friends. I'll definitely be back and I'm looking forward to my next visit :)
I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I usually have severe anxiety coming to the dentist (which I mentioned) and they did basically everything you can imagine to make me comfortable. They provided me with Apple Headphones to wear and watch Netflix with so I wouldn’t have to hear the sounds of the equipment, they gave me a blanket so I could stay warm, and also a pillow for my head! Maha was my dental assistant and she was extremely sweet and personable. I had a fantastic time chatting with her which really helped me with my inital anxiety too. Dr. Amy was my dentist and she was super knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel extremely comfortable during the exam and cleaning and I could not recommend her or Maha enough.
We moved to Frisco a few months ago and were looking for a family dentist when we found Wynn Dental. I have always hated going to the dentist, but from my very first visit, the entire team made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Tony Nguyen is amazing. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never makes me feel rushed, and is always so gentle. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants them to feel at ease. With my busy schedule, Dani has been so helpful in finding appointment times that work for me. She is always kind, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. Everyone in the office is friendly, the space is beautiful, and everything is very clean. It is such a positive environment, which makes going to the dentist so much easier. I would absolutely recommend Wynn Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist. They have exceeded my expectations, and I can honestly say they are a 10 out of 10.
Had an amazing first visit! The staff was super informative and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy with little to no wait time. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. They even offered comfort items like a blanket, pillow, and breaks if needed, which really made a difference. Highly recommend! ☺️
This was my first time here for a teeth cleaning after a couple of years of not going to the dentist. I had a wonderful experience, everyone is so kind and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. Dr. Amy was very thorough and took the time to explain things. Jannica was amazing and personable as well! The office is so beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend!
