I have had a great experience and exceptional customer service with Aisha both times she did my hair. Being on time is very important to me and I can say that during all my years of getting my hair braided, this is the first braider ever who has been punctual and consistent with her work. And that's crucial for me when I search for services. So; I don't need to try anywhere else. I found my braider.

My wife has been going to see Aisha and I can give you my honest opinion from my perspective. Almost every other person she has had do braids for her has caused her some type of stress or anxiety. Either the final product was not what she wanted, or the person was unreliable or even if the braids came out well they took forever! Seeing Aisha makes her happy. Aisha checks all the boxes, she is quick, reliable, and the braids look great! I am happy that my wife is happy and Aisha helps make that happen. Thank you Aisha!

I had my first appointment with Aisha and It was a true pleasure meeting her!! Her service is excellent and the best braiding service I've ever had and I'm looking forward to future appointments with her. She is timely, gentle and suggest great products for your hair. Aisha communicates very well and leaves no guess work to how your appointment will be. I wish I found her sooner!!

I paid $96 per hour for 20 thin knotless braids, and unfortunately the service did not match the price or what was advertised. The braids were completed in very dim lighting, and once I got home and saw my hair in proper lighting, the issues were clear. The parts were uneven and crooked, and the braids themselves were fuzzy and poorly finished. They looked so bad that I had to take the entire style down, which was extremely frustrating given the cost. The service was done in what was described as a studio but turned out to be a small apartment setting, which did not feel professional or reflective of “luxury” pricing. I was also required to arrive with my hair already washed and blow-dried, yet still charged premium rates. Overall, the quality, environment, and results did not justify the price, and I regret spending that amount for a style that was unwearable. I would not recommend based on my experience.

For the first time in my life I actually look forward to getting my hair braided since I found Aisha. She is sweet, professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly, her work is excellent! Unlike other places I’ve been to in the past I have not experienced any surprise charges, extensive/ unreasonable instructions or cancellations. Aisha is a breath of fresh and I love talking to her and learning from her - she’s also super wise, kind, and generous with her knowledge. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an easily braiding experience
