I’ve been going to Dr. Cheng’s office for over 25 years—and that alone probably says a lot! 😊 Every single visit has been consistently positive, which is honestly pretty rare these days. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone is friendly, organized, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. Dr. Cheng is fantastic—skilled, patient, and always takes the time to explain things clearly so you feel comfortable and confident about your care. What I really appreciate is the consistency. Over the years, the quality of service has never dropped—it’s always been top-notch. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust long-term, I can’t recommend Dr. Cheng’s office enough. After 25 years, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I was a patient at this office for nearly 10 years because I trusted Dr. Cheng. Unfortunately, after my recent experience, I lost that trust completely. After my root canal, I returned for my crown appointment. The temporary material could not be removed normally. The dentist repeatedly rocked and pulled on my tooth for a long time. I repeatedly said I was in severe pain, but the only response I received was, “It will be over soon.” After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the material finally had to be cut out with a dental drill. That night, my tooth began hurting continuously. An X-ray later confirmed inflammation. I was prescribed one week of antibiotics, followed by another week when the pain did not improve. The prolonged antibiotics caused severe stomach pain and digestive problems, yet my tooth continued to hurt. I eventually sought a second opinion and was told there was separation between the tooth and the surrounding gum tissue, persistent inflammation, and that extraction was recommended. When I returned to discuss the situation, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. Rather than acknowledging that something may have gone wrong, the office focused on defending itself. The only solution offered was a refund for the root canal and a discount on future treatment, while I was expected to pay for correcting the damage. The reason I refused any further treatment from this office is because this was not the first time. About two years earlier, I chose to have what I believed was a minor procedure because I wanted to take care of my dental health before it became a bigger problem. Instead, I developed a serious infection afterward, and my face became severely swollen. I returned for additional treatment, but it failed again. I was eventually referred to another specialist, who successfully treated the problem. I was also told that the surgical wound was uneven and had not been completely closed. After experiencing two serious complications at the same office, I no longer had confidence in receiving additional treatment there. I understand that complications can happen in dentistry. What disappointed me most was not only the treatment outcomes, but also the lack of compassion, accountability, and respect when problems occurred. I am sharing only my personal experience in the hope that other patients can make informed decisions.

I have to say, this dental office is truly one of the best! From the front desk to the dentist, everyone is so professional and helpful. The front desk staff keeps you informed about your appointments and any costs you might incur. The dental hygienists are gentle with your teeth and take their time to clean them thoroughly, also forwarding any concerns you have to the dentist. The dentist and his assistant are very honest about your dental health and work with you to find a solution. The dentist who did my filling was patient and didn’t rush. I appreciate his honesty and caring nature, which made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone!

I had services (extraction, deep cleaning, filling) to this dental office several times in 2026. They did an excellent job for me. First time was Dr. Beck, he did the oral exam for me and extracted #31 teeth and then It was Dr. Cheng she did one filling for my teeth. He did an Excellent job, More impression to me, Dr. Cheng is a very talented dentist, she has deep through hands on technique for teeth, both doctors and assistants were very nice.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Yi-Tsu Cheng for almost a decade, and she is truly the best dentist I’ve ever had. Her customer service and patient care are exceptional - she explains every step of a procedure, follows up afterward, and is always accommodating when I need to adjust an appointment. I have zero pain tolerance, and Dr. Cheng always makes sure I’m completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, skill, and calming approach make every visit stress-free. Her team members are equally professional and courteous, which makes the whole experience even better. While prices may be higher than some competitors, the quality of care and peace of mind are absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
