For customers comparing local travel agencies, those details offer a useful starting point; it is still a good idea to confirm current hours and ask whether the agency handles the specific destination or service you need before visiting.

Customer feedback describes hands-on help with travel planning, including itinerary preparation and hotel bookings. One reviewer said the agency took care of those details and was pleased with the service and deals provided. Another described staff members Ana and Gessler as kind, respectful, and helpful, and said the process felt easy and less stressful. These accounts suggest that YIYI TRAVEL may suit travelers who value a person-to-person conversation and support coordinating the parts of a trip, rather than arranging every detail alone. The exact services and availability can vary, so travelers should share their plans and confirm what assistance is offered.

Reviews also mention requests beyond standard holiday planning. One customer thanked Gesler Hernandez for assistance with a K-1 visa process, while another mentioned tax help, document translation, and flights to Cuba. These are customer-reported experiences, not a guarantee that every service is currently available or appropriate for every situation. Anyone seeking immigration-related, tax, translation, or destination-specific help should contact the agency directly to confirm its role, requirements, fees, and whether a qualified specialist is involved. That clear conversation can help set expectations before paperwork or bookings begin.

YIYI TRAVEL is located on S Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas and may be worth contacting if you are looking for itinerary or hotel-booking assistance, or want to ask about the other services customers have mentioned. One review reported a disappointing interaction when asking about travel to Southeast Asia, saying the agency did not handle that area. This is a useful reminder to verify destination coverage first; the agency may not be the right fit for every trip. Call or visit during weekday business hours to explain your destination, dates, and needs, then confirm the available options, costs, and next steps. Clear expectations can make it easier to decide whether this Las Vegas travel agency fits your plans.
