Sign in to reviewThe Froyo was as expected, the customer service was not. The quiet owner/manager is constantly disrespectful towards us each visit, and today was the last visit. Just like everyone else, the process is easy, choosing flavors and toppings. We get to the checkout, pay, sign, and she immediately wipes the screen with a cloth after I signed. We intentionally sat outside to eat (and watch everyone else checkout). After seeing multiple people sign and leave, never once did she wipe the tablet after they touched it. Nobody else was Black... In a past visit, I tried a flavor after choosing it and didn't enjoy the flavor so I started over with a new cup and tossed the first one in the trash. As I made the next bowl, she came from behind the counter to stared in the trash 🗑️. We will not be returning as our skin color was not preferred in her shop.
Fav Froyo in Austin!! The plain tart and taro are my favorites, and the fruit and topping bar is always very fresh. It is pretty dang expensive though, but worth it. I wish they would bring back coconut flavor permanently!

Too many low-fat and nonfat options. Too few full fat options. I DID like the Vietnamese Coffee flavor. Small cup was $16. Next time I'll just buy a pint from the grocery store with a topping and save money
