Sign in to reviewHorrible, came in for a hair cut and the lady hands me a comb with an attitude and tells me to brush my own head, it was unprofessional and confusing since this is usually part of the service unless you want me to just cut my own hair. The haircut itself was extremely rushed, even a reference picture wouldn't even help in this place and she starts judging and bad mouthing like I don't understand a word and I'm right in front of her and there wasn't even that much care put into this service. Obviously it should've been expected by the price of $12. Don't go here.
Such a great experience! They were super detailed and got the exact color and cut I wanted. The hair wash felt like a mini spa treatment, and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I left feeling amazing—definitely coming back!
two woman at this shop is rude and not professional. i not reccomend for haircut here. and i never come agains.They care about money than care about your hair.
For starters, I came in at 5pm and left at 8pm. An HOUR after they closed. The customer service to ensure I had a wonderful experience is remarkable. The team really showed that they cared about my hair given that they stayed after hours to take their time to finish my hair. Lun took such good care of me and fixed my hair disaster. About an hour before I came in, I tried to redye my own roots with box dye (BIG MISTAKE!) my hair was black, brown, and patchy. I knew it would be difficult to fix and I was worried it couldn’t be fixed at all but Lun did such a good job dyeing my hair, she gave me exactly what I asked for and I left very happy. Edit: It is now my third time coming back to the salon. Lun and her team always do such a good job and I'm always leave very happy with the results. I'll definitely be coming back again, and I recommend this place for you to try if you're in the area
4yrs ago I started coming to cut my hair n my kids aswell! I recommend the massage after your haircut is so relaxing. They are so nice with my is I honestly see them as family! Thank You Lun & Mia
