There’s absolutely nothing luxurious about this business or the experience. What you see advertised on Instagram is nothing like reality in person. Even after I arrived late, the appointment still didn’t start right away because the spa robe I was given to change into was palpably wet as if someone else had just taken it off from the previous appointment. This was after I had to stand outside in Georgia’s July heat to wait for someone to grant access to the building. If you use Uber or Lyft, be prepared for that (standing outside, waiting). Apparently, the correct type of towel to dry my hair was not available, and they were all in the clothes dryer down the hall. I did not leave my appointment feeling relaxed or stress-free, which is what I expected and the reason for booking. Never spending my money here again and wouldn’t recommend, at all, to anyone ever for anything. The owner should actually be embarrassed behind the total absence of quality in services provided. Complete waste of time and money.

I unfortunately did not get to experience the head spa service I was really looking forward to. I paid for the service in advance and received my confirmation, but on the day of my appointment the service was cancelled. I understand that things happen, and I was offered either a discounted service at a later date or a refund. Because I already had another hair appointment scheduled, I requested the refund. I was told it would take 8–10 business days to process. It has now been over 30 days, and I still have not received my refund. I have reached out multiple times by text, Instagram message, and phone call, but I have received no communication or response. This lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Situations happen, but communication and honoring refunds are important. Unfortunately, this experience is exactly why I am hesitant to pay for services in advance. Please be aware before booking.

For my birthday, I visited Your Mane Head Spa. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience, I highly recommend visiting a head spa. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a serene environment designed to melt away stress. The head spa treatment is nothing short of therapeutic—it’s a perfect blend of scalp massage, deep cleansing, and essential oils that stimulate circulation, promote hair health, and relieve tension. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, making the entire experience luxurious and soothing from start to finish.

10/10 experience! I mean wow. From beginning to end, I could not recommend YourMane more. I’m SO glad I decided to finally treat myself to this head spa. Definitely have to make this a part of my monthly routine; it was THAT good! As someone with a LOT of hair, I really appreciated her patience and care - always making sure I was comfortable and happy. Snacks and wine include; and I left with a perfect blow-dry! Do yourself a favor and book now. I can’t wait to return! 😆 SN: That head massager OMG 🙌🏾 I don’t think I can go back to washing my own hair after this 😂

I had the Locs Diamond Lux Treatment at Your Mane Head Spa, and I can honestly say it was worth every single penny. Kay took exceptional care of my sisterlocks from start to finish. The entire experience felt intentional, unrushed, and truly luxurious. From the scalp detox and exfoliation to the steam treatments, massages, and facial elements, every step felt thoughtful and restorative. My scalp felt clean, refreshed, and balanced, and my locs felt lighter, hydrated, and cared for in a way that’s hard to put into words. This wasn’t just a service, it was an experience. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and confident that my hair was in great hands. If you’re looking to truly treat your locs and yourself, I highly recommend booking.
