This was our third visit, and once again, both my husband and I were really happy with our haircuts. I tend to write more detailed reviews about hair salons because my hair has always been a big deal for me. I have very curly, frizzy, coarse hair that tends to puff up and look much fuller than it actually is. It is definitely not the kind of curly hair that naturally falls into pretty, defined curls. Without blow-drying or straightening, it can get very unruly and hard to manage. I have been dealing with this hair for decades, so I have had more haircuts, blowouts, straightening treatments, and salon visits than I can count. Because of that, I can usually tell when someone really understands how to work with difficult curly hair. I wore short hair when I was younger, but after a bad experience, I avoided it for decades. About six months to a year ago, I decided to try a bob again. At first, I felt like the only way I could really manage it was by getting a straightening treatment about every six months. Since I also color my hair, I did not want to keep combining coloring and chemical straightening because of the damage it can cause over time. I decided to keep coloring my hair and stop the straightening treatments. Once more of my natural curl started growing back, though, the bob became harder and harder for me to manage. I was honestly starting to think I might have to give up on short hair and grow it out again. That was around the time I found this salon. What has impressed me most is how much easier my bob has been to manage since coming here, even without going back to regular straightening treatments. I am not especially skilled at styling my own hair, but after shampooing, I can now blow-dry and straighten it at home much more easily. The cut itself makes a huge difference. It also grows out really well, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. — What really stands out to me is how well Risa listens. — At every visit, she takes the time to ask how my previous haircut worked for me, what I liked, and whether there is anything I would like to change. I really appreciate that she listens to my feedback instead of simply repeating the same cut. I loved the shape of my last bob, but the back had been cut very short with clippers. Because my hair is coarse and pretty stiff, those very short hairs felt uncomfortable against the back of my neck as they grew out. Since I had not worn my hair this short in decades, I simply did not know my hair would react that way. I mentioned it to Risa, and this time she adjusted the cut and used mainly scissors and thinning shears instead of cutting the back so closely with clippers. I really appreciated that she listened to both what I liked about the previous cut and what I wanted changed. Most importantly, I love my bob again. The shape is clean, balanced, flattering, and very easy for me to manage. I also enjoyed the shampoo service. The brief scalp massage felt really relaxing and refreshing, and the salon itself always has a calm, comfortable atmosphere. My husband had his haircut again too, and his cut came out clean and polished, just like the previous visits. After three visits, it definitely does not feel like we simply got lucky once. The results have been consistently good for both of us. For me, a haircut that grows out well and stays manageable for two or three months, sometimes close to four, is absolutely worth the investment. Being able to maintain my bob this easily without relying on regular straightening treatments makes it even more valuable. That is why I keep coming back, and why I take the time to leave reviews. After our third visit, I feel even more confident recommending Risa.

Life got crazy busy, so it took me way longer to return than I wanted. ​Seriously, for someone with super frizzy hair like me, going 4 months without a trim is usually a total nightmare. I’m talkin’ daily flat-ironing or constant magic perms just to keep my hair from looking wild. ​But this bob cut? Absolute game-changer. For the first time in my life, my hair grew out so cleanly and beautifully that styling it every morning was a breeze. No extra chemical treatments needed, even after 4 whole months! The skill here is just next-level. ​Some people might think it’s a bit pricey, but when a haircut holds its shape this long, saves you tons of time, and actually makes you love your look, it’s 100% worth every penny. You truly get what you pay for. ​My husband got his hair cut today too, and just like last time, we are both obsessed with how we look. This place is hands down the best salon around!

I’m not someone who gets haircuts often because I’ve never really found the right stylist—until now. After doing some research, I finally found Yuri Hair Salon, and it exceeded every expectation. I reached out to Yuri online and received a prompt response, which made booking incredibly easy. I scheduled an appointment with Risa for a wolf cut, and she was absolutely amazing. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also fun to talk to. Coming from LA, she really understands how to create that soft, modern wolf cut—and honestly, she worked magic. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and this is now my favorite hairstyle I’ve ever had. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, like having a private dressing area to change into a smock. Daniella greeted me warmly and gave me a relaxing hair wash, which made the whole experience feel even more elevated. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish. I finally found my go-to salon and stylist—I highly recommend Yuri Hair Salon and Risa! Oh… if you love K-Pop you’ll love the vibe of this shop! It’s super kawaii 🌸

Saw Yuji Hair Boutique when looking up salons in the area, and I am SO GLAD I gave it a chance! From the moment you walk into Yuji, it's good vibes from the music, the lighting, and the people! It's very clean and modern. They have korean music playing and the matching music video playing on a projector in front of the wash station. They have a coffee station for while you wait (although I didn't have to wait long at all) as well. I called the same day to request an appointment and they were able to accommodate. I got a women's haircut done by Jennie. I came in with no reference photo, just told her I wanted something that she thought would look good. She gave me beautiful layers and bangs! I got washed, dried, cut, and styled in under an hour without it feeling rushed. Yuji Hair Boutique definitely feels like a luxury hair experience but at a really affordable price. Usually for long hair stylists charge 20-40 extra. But I was still only charged the listed price of $70 ($95 with tip). I found Yuji Hair Boutique on a random internet search hoping to get a good haircut for Memorial Weekend in Vegas. I called and they were able to get me in the next day, even though there was no online availability. I brought some inspo pics from tiktok of a layered lob. It was a big change as I cut off almost 7 inches of hair. Risa made my hair look exactly like how I wanted, probably even better. I have tried getting a haircut like this in Colorado, but nobody had used the layering techniques that I've seen Risa use before. I love the way she added volume to my root using a tiny round brush and styled beautifully. I am super happy with my haircut and would come back to Vegas just for a haircut with Risa.
