Z & M Foot Spa

Update: second visit and, once again, I felt so so well cared for. I asked for an hour deep tissue and it was so thorough. If you want a place that offers a thorough massage, a responsive and caring masseuse, and a great value, this is the place The reviews do not lie. Julia was amazing and has healing hands. I have a very physically demanding job and carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, upper back. She asked what areas I’d like focused on then she went to town. I had the full body massage and left feeling amazing. The tension in my neck/shoukders/upper back lessened so much. She asked fairly regularly whether the pressure was okay or not. So pleasant and the best value I’ve come across in a lonnnng time. Will definitely be scheduling again soon

*updated: went for another massage for upper back & shoulders. Julia did an incredible job! And I love that they have a point card you can fill up. Treated myself to a deep tissue massage for my birthday here. Initially I was confused since the large business sign doesn’t match the name listed on the door, but I think they are transitioning the business over. As a healthcare professional I’m constantly having to use my body to transfer and treat patients. The therapist here did an amazing job of working out knots and tension in my upper back and really getting under my scapulas! And the owner was so kind and provided savory Chinese buns and water afterwards. I love that they offer a point card. Will definitely be back for more self care!

I got a full body massage with hot stones from Julia and I have never felt better in my life! I was so impressed with how she got my most resistant muscles loose and the whole experience was peaceful and lovely. She also sent me home with snacks and drinks and they have a punch card. Thank you so much Julia!

Great experience! The staff were friendly, communicative, and had a great sense of humor. The space was clean and relaxing. I loved the deep tissue massage work I received —the hot stones were my favorite! Highly recommend.

Been here twice now, both times walk in and with Julia. I went in around closing time 7-8 pm and both times were received by Julia almost immediately. Did the foot and back massage combo and it was wonderful. Not a lot of customers around that time so it felt quiet and private but just a heads up, the “rooms” are more like tall cubicles and you can sometimes hear other customers and therapists, which I personally don’t mind, but I know it can be a deal breaker or uncomfortable for other people.
