Z-One Spa

Z-One Spa is a massage spa at 1905 Rice Rd Ext #104 in Matthews, NC 28105. It is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., offering a convenient option for people looking to schedule a massage after work or during the weekend. Customer reviews describe both scheduled visits and at least one later-evening walk-in that was accommodated without a call ahead. Availability can vary, so contacting the spa before visiting may help you plan.

Guests mention dry massage, oil massage, and deep tissue massage in their experiences. One reviewer described a session that began with dry massage and transitioned to oil massage, with attention given to a sore neck and upper back after the guest shared those preferences. Other customers mention a 90-minute massage and focused work on shoulder discomfort. These are individual accounts rather than a guarantee of a specific service or result, but they offer a useful picture of the types of massage experiences customers have reported at Z-One Spa.

The atmosphere is described in some reviews as warm and soothing, with staff who helped guests settle in. Customers have also praised the massage experience and the price, including visitors who came in after a long week and appreciated being able to get an appointment. For anyone considering a visit, it may be helpful to explain which areas need attention, the pressure you prefer, and whether you are looking for a lighter or deeper massage. Clear communication can help set expectations before the session begins.

Z-One Spa has a 4.3-star rating based on 52 reviews, and the feedback is not entirely uniform. While several reviewers share positive experiences with deep tissue work, shoulder or upper-back focus, and a relaxing setting, one customer felt the massage did not match their request for deep tissue. Reading a range of reviews and confirming the service details directly can help you decide whether the spa fits your needs. With daily hours until 9:30 p.m. and a Matthews location on Rice Road Extension, it may suit local residents and visitors seeking a massage spa with evening availability.
