Super disappointed, this used to be my go to massage spot but after my experience today i will not be coming back. The lady was massaging me like my own 5yr old daughter could have done it. And so i decided not to continue the other half of the massage so when it came down to paying i only wanted to tip a certain amount (bc tips are based off of service right ??!) and she was telling me no that i had to do $10. Never again!

As someone who has been receiving different styles of massage for well over two decades I had a phenomenal experience. Though everyone here may not be fluent in English I did not enter with that expectation. Some words, gestures, and tone of voice are universal in all settings. Upon entering the facility, the environment is soothing. Lights are dim and music plays in the background to ensure you attain and sustain a relaxed state of mind and body during your time there. When I was taken back to the area for massage I was laid on a bed and a towel was placed over my eyes. It was an open space with about 3 or 4 beds. They actually separate towards the bottom so that your knees are bent and allow for your feet to soak. I was very appreciative for the foot soak prior to the massage because it not only helped to relax my feet, but also provided a clean surface for the individual preparing to work on them. While my feet were soaking, the towel was removed from my eyes and the facial massage began. I was not surprised after reading the reviews. I did ask if more than the feet were included and the lady informed me that their foot massages include practically a full body massage. After working on my face, neck and shoulders, she continued down my arms and into my legs. When she got to my knee area, my feet were removed from soaking. She massaged my legs and went into the reflexology session on my feet. Once that was complete, I was getting up prepared to exit. She asked me to wait and said no you're supposed to turn over. She then proceeded to complete a massage of the entire back of my body consisting of tapotement style massage and a few stretches. This style of massage includes forms of hacking, cupping, slapping, tapping, and pounding...just to name a few. These techniques are often used to improve circulation and muscle stimulation, especially in the larger muscle groups. I was truly excited to visit this establishment. I was curious after reading many of the reviews. I hope this review gives potential future clients a better idea of what to expect at this establishment and the reasons behind the different techniques. If nothing else, I hope it serves as a guide to better inform others so that they can make an educated decision.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The massage itself was fine, but the service afterward was extremely rude. When I asked for change for a $20 bill so that I could leave a $10 tip, the woman took the money and refused to give any change back. I had already paid additional money on my card as well. I have visited many massage places and have never experienced anything like this. I’m not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but taking a customer’s money and responding rudely is unacceptable. For context, I do speak some Mandarin, so this was not a language barrier misunderstanding. DO NOT COME HERE!!! There are many friendly ones just like this around town! 我非常失望。

I will be honest, the prices here are really cheap for a massage place. They do a really good job and try their best despite the language barrier, I loved my first time here and they've been here since I was a kid in the area! The one star reviews just contain people who are upset they got a massage for a good price and was offered more services than expected. 💀 To Misty: if you had the time to leave a shitty one star review, you could've had time to use that critical thinking towards pulling out Google Translate.

Came here a couple times but today will be my last time. No one speaks English. The woman who massaged me was rude, she kept yawning the whole time and I didnt get my feet massaged while my partner got his feet massaged. She was very adamant about receiving a tip which I thought she didnt deserve. But still tipped her anyways just to leave the store, it was very unsettling. This establishment is not the same as it was a year ago.
