ZEPS EPIQ Sandwiches is a sandwich shop at 1147 Broadway in Denver, CO, offering a convenient stop for a casual meal in downtown Denver. Its menu and customer feedback point to hearty sandwiches with flavorful fillings, alongside familiar sides such as tater tots and chips. The shop has a 4.4-star rating from 755 reviews, giving visitors a broad range of experiences to consider when deciding where to eat. Whether you are looking for a quick lunch, a satisfying bite between errands, or food before heading to the airport, this Broadway location is an option to keep in mind.

One customer favorite mentioned in reviews is the Spicy Marinara Chicken Parm, described as cheesy and full of flavor. Another review calls out the Pueblo cheesesteak, with steak, as a sandwich ordered at the shop. These specific mentions can help first-time diners choose a starting point, while the sandwich-focused menu leaves room to explore other combinations on a return visit. A guest who stopped in for a quick sandwich said they would like to come back and try another one, a useful sign for anyone who enjoys having more than one option to discover.

Sides also get attention. The tater tots were praised for arriving hot and crispy, and homemade chips were a welcome surprise for one diner. Reviews mention chips served with sandwiches as well, making them a familiar companion to a meal. For visitors who want a straightforward lunch, a sandwich with a side offers an easy format; those who prefer something crisp and savory may want to ask what sides are available when ordering. Menu availability can vary: one customer reported that a burger shown on an outside sign was not sold at this location, so it is sensible to confirm current offerings with staff rather than assume every sign reflects the menu.

The feedback is not uniformly positive, and value is one consideration to weigh. One visitor felt that the price was high for two medium sandwiches, two small bags of chips, and a drink, while other guests focused on the quality and flavor of their food. Service has also drawn praise: a customer specifically thanked Brian for attentive help and for making sure an order was prepared correctly. That combination of varied feedback makes recent reviews useful for setting expectations, especially if price or a particular menu item is important to your visit.

It may suit diners who appreciate substantial fillings, classic sides, and the convenience of a quick stop. Check with the team about current menu choices, side options, and pricing before ordering, then choose a sandwich that fits your appetite. We decided to drop in here for a quick sandwhich. I chose the Spicy Marinara Chicken Parm and tater tots. The tots were hot and crispy! Perfection, really. The chicken sandwhich was cheesy and flavorful. I would love to revisit and try another sandwhich. The homemade chips were a nice surprise, too! They had a blend of crispy and other ones with crispy edges and soft chewy centers. Very nicely seasoned. Yum!
