The boba drinks were excellent, but I was disappointed to see fresh fruit being prepared without gloves. As someone with experience in food service, this raised concerns about food safety and hygiene. Wanted something sweet after eating hot pot and Zero Degrees did not disappoint! Their matcha drinks are very refreshing!
I've been to this specific location several times. Unfortunately today, I ordered a Tropical Crush Limeade and once it was ready, the drink looked nothing close to like the picture. I asked one of the men at the couunter if this was the correct drink,, he said Yes, the picture is incorrect. I tried the drink and told him that I couldn't drink it. He didn't ask if I wanted another drink or provided a refund. The food was good, but I don't plan on returning.
Hands down one of the best ube milkshake bobas I’ve ever had! Perfectly creamy, and the boba texture was spot on nice and chewy. Quick service and great vibes. Highly recommend!
