Zhen has done my hair before, and last time he did a really good job. This time when I went, he cut my hair way too short, especially the front pieces. I specifically asked for the front pieces to be long enough to tuck behind my ear but he cut it in line w my eyes. The front pieces were also not cut evenly
Haircuts are always consistent and at the length I like. Hair coloring lasts multiple washes and Zhen provides good care instructions and product recommendations. The equipment is always clean and the seats are comfortable 👍 …
Very nice and understanding. I had part of my hair shaved due to a surgery that required it, I thought I was never going to look normal until it all grew back but Zhen was more than understanding and worked with me to find something that would fit my needs in terms of length and the results are better than I could've ever asked for. You cannot even tell I had surgery, let alone had my head shaved. I have my confidence back because of Zhen, I can't explain how overjoyed I am.
I had wavy hair and wanted to get it straightened, so I got the Japanese hair straightening done. It's lasted so long so far! The first pic was taken the first week of May, and the second is from mid july. Almost 3 months so far, and it's still super smooth. It's been so much easier to maintain and manage :)
Zhen is amazing! I came in with very long hair and he helped figure out a medium length style that's much cleaner.
