Rules for using FindALoco responsibly.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using FindALoco, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What FindALoco provides

5. Classifieds and community posts

Users should independently verify classified offers, employment details, housing terms, payments, deposits, identities and meeting arrangements before making decisions.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not post scams, spam, misleading information, illegal goods or services, hateful content, harassment, explicit exploitation, malware, impersonation, stolen content or anything that puts users or the community at risk.

You may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse FindALoco systems, data, security features or user information.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may edit, reject, remove, demote, label or restrict content and accounts when we believe it is inaccurate, unsafe, spammy, unlawful, harmful, low quality or inconsistent with the purpose of FindALoco.

We may also preserve records when needed to investigate abuse, enforce policies, comply with legal obligations or protect the platform and community.

8. Sponsored content and ads

FindALoco may show sponsored placements, advertisements or promoted listings. Sponsored content may be labeled or placed separately from organic results when appropriate.

Advertising does not mean FindALoco guarantees the quality, safety, availability or accuracy of the advertiser’s products, services or claims.

Users should verify important details directly with businesses, posters, landlords, employers, service providers or other relevant parties before relying on information found on FindALoco.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindALoco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or disputes between users and third parties.
