Customer feedback describes a clean, comfortable space with a relaxing ambience, and several reviewers mention friendly service. One visitor praised the owner’s professionalism and welcoming manner, saying the interaction helped them feel comfortable. Another customer with back discomfort said the therapist listened to their needs and adjusted pressure, describing a firm massage that worked on tight areas without feeling excessive. These experiences suggest that 1+1 Lifestyle Spa may suit people who value a comfortable setting and appreciate being able to communicate about pressure and areas of tension during a massage. As with any spa, individual experiences can vary, so sharing your preferences before treatment is a practical way to help set expectations.

Reviews mention massage as the central service, but the available business information does not specify particular massage styles, treatment menus, prices, appointment procedures, or payment methods. For that reason, contact the spa to confirm the service you want and any details you need before visiting. One reviewer reported difficulty with the phone and another said the business needed to accept credit cards; these comments may not reflect current arrangements, so it is sensible to verify how to reach the spa and which payment options are currently available. A separate reviewer reported a last-minute cancellation, while other visitors described positive massage experiences. The overall listing rating is 3.7 from 9 reviews, offering context alongside those differing accounts.
