Stay away from this business!!! I had the unfortunate experience of working with him for my taxes, and it was a complete disaster. Not only did they fail to file my taxes for two years running, but I had to discover this negligence through the IRS. It's unacceptable and downright incompetent for a supposed professional to overlook such crucial tasks. His lack of responsibility has caused me unnecessary stress and potential financial penalties. I strongly advise against entrusting him with your taxes unless you enjoy dealing with the IRS fallout and the headaches that come with it.
I was referred to the business by a friend and after taking to Mr. Behrooz several times and the fact “you have to drop your paperwork since I don’t make advanced appointment, I’ll get your tax done when it’s your turn” I made an appointment to drop of all the required documents on Saturday February 3rd at 10 am. The lady who made the appointment for me was adamant that I show up on time!!! I was at the office @0945 and it was closed. Waited till 1020, called every 4-5 min to get a hold of someone with no respond so I left!!! When I called at 1045 to follow up, Mr. Behrooz answered himself and when I mentioned my appointment at 10am, in a very rude tone he said, “ who are you and what you mean? I probably was in the back and did not hear the phone ringing!!” I said the door was closed with lights off and if he did not know about the 10am appointment. He told me, “ okay, I wasn’t here, what do you want me to do, I don’t owe you anything and don’t have to answer you” and hang up on me. I have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful behavior and such a poor customer service from anyone or any business, especially talking profanity in Farsi to a customer that simply requiring about her appointment and why her time was not respected!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. I would have given zero star if there was an option!!!!
Inherited this accountant from family. He has been holding out on filing my taxes since 2019. He has all my documents and goes radio silent for long period of times. After a long period of silence he contacts me and tells me to find a new accountant. Stay away for your own sanity.
