I first met Tania when I was detained in an immigration detention center. Due to my troubled past almost 2 decades ago, DHS wanted to deport me back to my country. She made sure to visit me anytime she could and go over what she plan on doing to keep me here in this country. At that time, I've already lost hope and was really skeptical because it was close to impossible (leaning more toward impossible). The reason I was skeptical is prior to my detention years before. I have consulted with many different lawyers and after looking into my case, each and everyone of them tell me the same thing, "there's nothing you can do about it since you already signed your deportation paper." But she was really optimistic and assure me that there are ways to make it possible. And since I have nothing to lose, I went along with it. To make it short, with the help of Tania I was able to get an expedited pardon and she flew all the way to Arizona that night and got a stay of removal approve by an immigration judge. At that time, I was in Texas just days away from getting deported. I was able to stay back, while everyone else scheduled for that flight was deported. Afterward, she requested for a bond hearing and I was out on bail pending my court case. Just last month I finally had my final court hearing and my cancellation of removal was granted and it's finally over (sigh of relief). My green card was restored!! Side note: She made the impossible possible and I couldn't thank her enough for my life back. As previously stated, if you are looking for just any immigration attorney, then there are thousands to choose from. Just know that not all lawyers are created equal. So, if you want someone that stand by you like a friend or family and go out of their way to make sure you get the result you wanted, then Tania Pham is the right choice hands down. I was in the process of sponsoring my wife to be a permanent resident but we received a letter from the INS saying they intend to deny the application. I found Tania through online search and contacted her. She consulted us over the phone at first and made an effort to come to our house a week later to go over the plan on how and what to respond to the immigration authority. We submitted waiver application explaining in detail why my wife’s application should be accepted. Two months later, we received the approval letter and a green card 2 weeks after.
