I have been seeing Adan for more than 10 years. He is hands down the best deep tissue massage I have ever had and have referred many friends to him. He focuses on areas that need attention and is super helpful when you have muscle related pain. He doesn’t always do the same ‘routine’ and is very open that if one area is particularly bad that he would like to focus more time there to make sure it’s better! I highly encourage you to book for an hour and a half to make sure he can get through all your problem areas!
