Customer feedback specifically mentions nursing care, physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and home health aide support from 21st Century Home Health Services. Reviews describe care connected with recovery from cervical spine surgery and total hip replacement, as well as care beginning on the day of a hospital discharge. One account emphasizes help with continuing a prescribed antibiotic regimen, while others recognize therapy, personal support, and attention to comfort at home. These review examples give prospective patients a concrete picture of the service areas people have experienced: nursing, rehabilitation-focused therapy, and assistance with day-to-day recovery needs in the home. Named team members in the feedback are praised for their steady, caring presence.

Rather than presenting a generic clinical experience, the reviews portray an approach that is professional, empathetic, and attentive. Patients and relatives describe caregivers as patient, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful of privacy. Several accounts focus on feeling supported and at ease during difficult recoveries, qualities that can be especially meaningful when care is taking place in a person's own environment. This makes the service relevant for adults recovering at home, family caregivers coordinating support, and households seeking nursing, PT, OT, or aide services after a major health event. The comments also suggest a care experience where human reassurance accompanies practical recovery support. For families, this can be reassuring when multiple needs must be managed around a recovery routine.

With a 4.9 rating based on 608 reviews, 21st Century Home Health Services has a substantial body of public feedback for people comparing home health care options in Burlingame. I had cervical spine surgery on 4/22/26. 21st Century Home Health was assigned to me after I was out of the hospital. I had Paul and Kavita and Kim for home PT,/OT, Jadin and Erin for Nursing care, and Marisol as an aide. I can’t say enough good about all of them. From very private showers, to wound care, to getting strong enough to go up the stairs at home again, they were caring and knowledgeable! Their communication setting up appointments was prompt. I worked at a SNF and Rehab for 13 years. I also worked at a home health agency that was a start up at the time. I know what good and positive care is. I highly recommend 21St Century Home Health!

After being discharged from the hospital 21st Cemtury Home Health were on the scene that day. I had important antibiotics to take the next day at 8:30 am to continue my regiment of doses that started at the hospital. I had comfort and ease with their delivery of said medicine that night to continue my home infusions. The caring staff that visited me did everything humanly possible to ensure my recovery was taken seriously with full medical professionalism. Kaiser Permanente chose wisely for the ongoing, exceptional care that I received after my hospital stay. I feel confident for any patient having 21st Century Home Health care when they are convalescing at home due to their services. Hunter G

I rarely write reviews (good OR bad), but I'm compelled to write this review of 21st Century's PTA Lisa. By way of background, I'm a retired physician with three decades of direct patient care experience. Lisa became the primary physical therapy provider for my housemate after he had a series of falls at home leading to an ER visit. At every single visit, Lisa performed a thorough evaluation of his vital signs and interval history. She was uniformly kind and respectful. At each visit, Lisa evaluated his strength and range of motion, his balance and his ability to ambulate safely, his ability to utilize assistive devices and did each in a supportive and helpful manner. Lisa is a consummate professional, she actively listens and confirms responses to questions ensuring her accurate understanding. She not only provided direct care at the visit, she provided detailed and focused instruction sheets for home strengthening and balance improvement. She was able to coach supportively while understanding and respecting limitations. I want to offer an even more specific reason for this stellar review. On Lisa's third visit, while doing lower extremity strength testing, she discovered severe distal edema, that was previously unrecognized. She immediately called the primary care physician and relayed the information resulting in an immediate hospitalization for heart failure. On admission to the hospital, it was determined that he also had a urinary tract infection that had spread to the blood causing sepsis. Lisa's acute diagnostic acumen and insistence on arranging immediate critical evaluation and intervention, likely saved the patient's life. I cannot offer a higher possible STELLAR review of Lisa's character, her skill and her value as a clinician. Her kind and expert professional care, proved to be lifesaving. We will be forever grateful.

I worked with Tiffany and Laura for my first experience. I had a total hip replacement. The company is professional, efficient, extremely helpful, and empathetic. Laura (PT) was a perfect fit for me. Her endless knowledge was like having a nutritionist, a doctor, and a sports coach! Tiffany (Supervisor) knows her job and does it well. Both are like a ray of sunshine. I will ask for both of these ladies again if I need them in the future.

Dima was absolutely amazing. She was caring, patient, and incredibly attentive to my wife’s needs. From day one, she made us feel supported and at ease during a very difficult time. She was always helpful, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my wife was comfortable and well cared for. We are extremely grateful for her professionalism and kindness — she made a real difference for our family.
