Customer feedback often points to a clean shop and a polite, welcoming team. One returning guest described consistently positive visits and noted that the salon felt clean, while another reviewer appreciated the friendly greeting on arrival. The atmosphere appears suited to people who want a straightforward salon visit in a neighborhood location, whether they are stopping in for regular nail maintenance or planning a more detailed look. As with any personal beauty service, communicating preferences clearly can help shape the experience.

The salon has received praise for polished, classic nail designs. A customer shared enthusiasm for a spring and summer-ready French-tip set with a hibiscus accent nail, created over their natural nails with natural acrylic color for added strength rather than added tips. This example may appeal to guests interested in a refined, wearable finish that still includes a small artistic detail. It also highlights an option for clients who prefer to enhance and protect their natural nails instead of choosing extensions.

Reviews also reflect mixed experiences, including concerns about rough removal work, desired nail shape or thickness, and technician experience. That feedback makes it helpful for clients with a specific vision, sensitive cuticles, or detailed service requests to discuss their needs before the appointment and speak up during the service if something feels uncomfortable. 24K Nail Spa is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM; it is closed Monday. For Arlington residents and visitors seeking a local nail salon, its weekend and evening availability can be especially practical.

For a natural-nail strengthening service, a classic French manicure with an accent, or regular salon care, 24K Nail Spa in Arlington, TX provides a nearby choice on SW Green Oaks Boulevard. The salon may be a good fit for clients who value a clean environment, welcoming service, and the ability to share a specific nail inspiration or finish preference. Checking the schedule and allowing enough time for a consultation can help make the visit feel more tailored to the look and level of care you want.

I LOVE MY NAILS!!🌺❤️💕 perfect classy design for spring/summer and for $55! Also can you believe these are my natural nails? I got no tips added, I just got a natural acrylic color over my natural nail to strengthen them and the design is just a basic French tip with a hibiscus flower accent nail. Vivian is so kind and gentle. I would highly recommend this salon! And I would definitely go back.

I was disappointed with my experience. Everyone was friendly when I first walked in, but after being seated with a younger technician, the service declined. While removing my previous dip powder, he was very rough on my cuticles. I pulled my hand back several times because it was painful, but he continued using the same amount of pressure. Within two days, the white part of my French dip manicure started peeling, which I chose to overlook, but after only one week, two of my nails had already broken. I have been getting dip manicures for a long time and have never had my nails break this quickly. Based on the quality of the service and the durability of my nails, I cannot recommend this salon.

Overall, I think this is a great nail shop. I haven’t been in quite some time due to official traveling, but when I did go regularly, my experience was consistently positive. The shop is always clean, and the staff is polite and welcoming. I’ve seen some mixed reviews, so I felt compelled to share my own experience again. I personally never had any issues. I usually saw Vivian—her English and communication were clear, and Troy also speaks English very well. In general, everyone there communicates effectively. Occasionally, there may be someone new, but if there’s ever any confusion, they will bring someone over to clarify. Because of that, I can’t quite relate to some of the communication concerns mentioned in other reviews. It’s typically not overly busy, but they’re accommodating whether you walk in or prefer to make an appointment. They also offer discounts on certain days, including military and senior discounts, which is a nice touch. While there are larger shops with more bells and whistles, this place gets the job done well...in a clean cozy shop with proper ventilation. It’s in a great location, and I truly hope to see their business continue to grow. I’ve had mostly nail services and, I believe, one or two pedicures, though I usually go for my nails. All of my experiences have been positive. Vivian is a mastermind when it comes to bringing your vision to life—whether you show her a picture or describe what you want. After my first visit, I often just trusted her judgment because of her attention to detail and the pride she takes in her work. The nail.oil is available for purchase but they gift it if you give them a 5 star. Atleast they give it immediately rather than force you to another visit. We all like gifts rendered immediately. I did! I previously had a review on here that was five stars. I’m not sure why it’s no longer there, so I’m curious how it disappeared—but no worries. I still give them five stars based on my experience and the fact that when I was in there, as many times as I was everyone seemingly walked out happy or concerns addressed immediately.

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I came in for a fill. The lady who started my service was new to doing nails and was asking other techs how to do my nails. I asked the owner if she could get someone else who was more experienced to complete my service. She did get someone else and I did like my nails, but they lifted at the cuticles in less than a week so I came in for a repair on two nails. The owner stated that I would have to pay because I should’ve opted for a soak off and fresh acrylic initially and I picked the wrong service. Why would they have someone inexperienced performing full priced services? How would I know what service to choose from if that advice isn’t offered to me at the start of my appointment? I am not a nail tech?
