Nina is great. I’ve only had a patch test so far for possible allergic reaction but a day later no problem. Looking forward to my first full set! UPDATE: Another 5 stars! I had my patch test 4/23 & as of the next morning I had no allergic reaction. I went back 4/24 for my introductory classic set. Nina does excellent work & I’m very happy with my lashes! I will definitely return & I highly recommend Nina & 365 Lash Spa Baybrook!

Han is great. Ii was my first time. I went to the wrong location. She was flexible enough to fit me in, explain what she could do in the time we had & we moved forward. She was so positive.
Had a relaxing time, I was in-between the cat eye look and doll look but they let me know that I could do a mixture of both. Overall I love how my lashes came out.
1st time getting lashes. I was nervous and unsure my lash tech Sarah made a suggestion and walked me through the process and throughly explained the aftercare. They are very nice and professional the staff is wonderful and welcoming and the place is clean.
