Sign in to reviewI have been going to Trang for over 10 years for my nails and she always does the best job ever. I will not go to anyone else. She always has the newest colors and designs. She can make your nails look, however you want them to. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I have been putting this review off for over a year, but since seeing other experiences, I have to share. The last time I even had my nails done was here and it scarred me so badly that I haven’t had my nails done. I was asked if I wanted a design or not for my full set and I said no, only to be paired with someone who clearly did not know what they were doing. Clumpy acrylic, bleeding cuticles, the works. I followed the owner from Bella Donna in Willow Glenn to here, only to find that more customers and lower value were the common theme. My full set was uneven and came off within a week. My gel pedicure peeled up within 5 days. I contacted the owner and never heard back after what I thought was a long standing relationship. I now trust no nail salons and do my nails at home.
I absolutely love coming to the 4 Seasons Spa! I have been coming here to get my nails done for 5 years now. The ladies are all very personable and sweet. The spa is clean and well cared for, and they update their chairs/technology consistently. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going here for many many years to get my nails done. I typically get a gel mani and a pedi. I’ve also got my brows done here and a Brazilian wax. Clean salon. Prices are reasonable. The Techs are kind and very knowledgeable.! The owner is a sweetheart. I travel from the mid-peninsula to get my nails done every two weeks! All the Techs are fabulous!!
I called and ask if they had liquid gel (not acrylic with gel polish) and how much for a full set. I was told $45 and I thought ok so I did a walk in later. They then told me they didn’t have liquid gel, only acrylic with gel polish. Whatever, no big deal. The lady then told me it would be $50, which didn’t make sense now that I think about it because acrylics should be cheaper than liquid gel and if the lady on the phone misunderstood me and thought I was talking about acrylic with gel, then I somehow got ripped off (only $5 but still). The tech was nice but did a rushed job on my nails, some of the tips were smaller than my nails which resulted in parts of my nail that were not covered. At the time I thought it was fine because my nails looked nice from a distance but the closer I look at them the more flaws I find. The nail polish job was not clean, especially around the cuticles, and some of my nails are shaped crookedly (this may be because of my natural nails but I’ve gotten acrylics before that were not this crooked). The nail polish also does not go up to my cuticles and makes it look like I’ve had these nails on for a while and my nails grew when in fact, it’s been less than a day! I came here because of the great reviews and I’m not sure if it was just the nail tech I got but I’ll be trying a different place next time. I’m giving three stars because the nail tech was nice and did what I asked for but the more I look at my nails, the more I’m not happy with paying $50 + $10 tip for this.
