4 Us Cafe & bakery is a restaurant at 5310 Orient Rd in Tampa, FL 33610, serving guests looking for a relaxed cafe meal, a generous brunch plate, or something savory to share. Customer reviews point to a menu that includes salmon eggrolls, lamb chops, steak and eggs, cheese grits, French toast, and chicken and waffles. With a 4.0 rating from 70 reviews, the cafe has drawn both enthusiastic recommendations and some critical feedback, so recent customer experiences may vary by dish and visit.

Several guests highlight the salmon eggrolls as a favorite, describing them as enjoyable and worth returning for. Lamb chops have also earned praise for being tender and delicious. For a heartier breakfast-style meal, one reviewer recommends steak and eggs with a side of cheese grits, while another calls the French toast excellent and notes its generous portion. These reviews offer a helpful sense of dishes customers have enjoyed, though individual preferences and preparation can differ.

The menu’s mix of brunch plates, savory entrees, and shareable appetizers may suit diners meeting friends or family, guests who want a filling meal, and anyone curious to try customer-mentioned favorites. Reviews also include less positive experiences: one diner found chicken and waffles dry, and others reported concerns about food preparation, long waits, phone availability, or receiving items different from what they ordered. These differing accounts are worth keeping in mind; if you have a specific dish or timing in mind, confirming details with the restaurant before ordering may help set expectations. A thoughtful choice is to consider both the dishes praised by returning customers and the service concerns some reviewers describe.
