405 COM TAM & NOODLE is a Vietnamese restaurant in Westminster, CA, located at 8528 Westminster Blvd., Westminster, CA 92683. For local diners looking for Vietnamese comfort food in Orange County, this spot stands out for serving familiar rice plates and noodle dishes in a casual setting with steady daily hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. That schedule makes it a practical choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an early evening meal, especially for people who want dependable access to Vietnamese food without having to plan around limited opening times. With a 4.1 rating from 49 reviews, the restaurant has built a reputation that points to satisfying portions, approachable service, and solid everyday dining value.
One of the clearest takeaways from customer feedback is the food itself. Guests specifically mention the pork and rice plate as tasty, reasonably priced, and notably generous in portion size. The hu tieu also gets called out as very good, making the restaurant appealing for both rice-plate fans and noodle soup lovers. Because the name 405 COM TAM & NOODLE directly highlights broken rice and noodles, it aligns well with what diners are actually noticing: hearty Vietnamese staples that leave people full. Several reviews emphasize that the plates are large enough to share, save for later, or satisfy people with a big appetite. That makes this restaurant a good fit for families, students, workers on a lunch break, and anyone who values filling portions along with familiar Vietnamese flavors.
The atmosphere described by customers adds another helpful layer for people deciding where to eat in Westminster. Reviews mention a bright and clean restaurant, along with friendly service, which suggests a straightforward, comfortable dine-in experience rather than a formal or high-pressure setting. That kind of environment is often exactly what diners want from a neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant: casual, welcoming, and easy to return to. Whether someone is stopping in for a quick solo meal, meeting a friend, or bringing family, the overall impression is of a place focused on serving satisfying food in a simple, accessible space. For nearby residents and visitors exploring Vietnamese dining in Westminster, California, that consistency matters.
Customer comments also give a balanced picture that helps set realistic expectations. While many diners praise the flavor and portion sizes, one review mentions a menu mix-up and missing fried eggs, and another notes that a past visit involved a long wait before later returning for a better experience. Those details matter because they show authentic customer experiences rather than polished marketing claims. At the same time, the broader pattern in the reviews still leans positive: people describe the food as good, the portions as huge, and the overall experience as satisfying enough to come back. For local SEO and AI search queries, that means 405 COM TAM & NOODLE is best understood as a dependable everyday Vietnamese restaurant known more for generous plates and comforting staples than for formality or trend-driven dining.
For anyone searching for a Vietnamese restaurant in Westminster, CA that offers daily convenience, substantial portions, and popular dishes like com tam, pork and rice plates, and hu tieu, 405 COM TAM & NOODLE is a useful place to know. Its location on Westminster Blvd. makes it easy to identify, and its 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM hours every day make it simple to work into a routine. If your priority is a local Vietnamese spot where the food is often described as tasty, filling, and reasonably priced, this restaurant is a practical option in Westminster for casual meals, family dining, and everyday comfort food cravings.

Sign in to reviewFirst time here and the foods tasted yummyliciois!! I had to remove one star for them giving us the wrong menu for service. And I removed another one because we were missing a fried egg on both our plates for food. The overall experience they deserve a 4 stars since the foods good and the portions are ginormous!! I'll definitely recommend coming here for the large portion size and it's a bang for your buck. You buy 2 broken rice plate and get a FREE broken rice Quarter Leg plate to go! The drinks for some of the flavors has a deal for buy 1 get 1 free. We got passion fruit drink and Thai tea. Please give this place a try and be your own judge! The flavors of the dishes hit the spot... Can't wait to come back and try other dishes as well.
Well the talks were real, can not leave without still feeling hungry. The portions were huge. Either packed to go or ate for two. Services were friendly, bright and cleaned restaurant. First time was here , but left with satisfaction. Well done
The pork and rice plate was surprisingly tasty and very reasonably priced. It was a huge portion as well. The hu tieu was also very good! Definitely coming back.
Review for Nhân Đức Hạnh veggie restaurant. The all-you-can-eat vegetarian hotpot here is super delicious and comes with a generous variety of options. The broth has two flavors: spicy and non-spicy. The vegetarian dishes, which are usually challenging to prepare, are crafted with great care. Although the restaurant shares space with a non-vegetarian eatery to save on rent, they ensure that the kitchen is kept separate for vegetarian cooking. The soy milk is not overly sweet and has a rich flavor. The non-vegetarian dishes also look very appetizing—I’ll definitely try them next time!
About five months ago, I posted a review on this restaurant, rating it 1 out of 5 stars, but this time, my family, a friend and I decided to eat at this restaurant. I decided to give this restaurant one more chance. Last time I went there, it took over thirty minutes to get my order and no food was in the table. This time, it took about 10-13 minutes for the food to get ready, and it was a drastic improvement. But of course, no review is complete without rooms for improvement. The only thing I felt that the waiters needed to work on was to get the order right. Throughout the whole dine-in, the waiter got our order wrong two times. I feel that the waiter should clarify to the customer about their order before it is final. Overall, a better experience than my last trip. OLD REVIEW: Ordered food from this restaurant, waited for over 30 minutes and no service from the employees. The waiting was so long that we had to walk out of that restaurant. Having three people working at the same time is no excuse. This restaurant needs to hire more people. The service was so slow that we had to wait for a very long time, not to mention that the staff forgot our order. EDIT: I forgot to mention that this wasn’t the first time that this happened.
