Mia and Queen worked on my hands and hooves. They were both really fun and cool ladies. Very good at what they do. This is my new go to since moving here from Phoenix. I highly recommend this shop. Everyone is happy with their services. You can’t go wrong.

This salon is best in Surprise! Clean, organized, tons of colors and such friendly staff who make it a point to remember you. They appreciate their customers and it shows! ❤️ My daughter moved to Ohio, but still when she visits they always remeber her too and ask how she has been!

I called ahead & asked if they had availability for 2 pedicures within the next 10mins. I was told yes so I proceeded to go. I get there and my 1st surprise was the prices (the cheapest pedicure was $43). But I’m like we’re here so let’s do it. Then we get called to the chairs only for me to start getting worked on and the other person waited. Once my pedicure was almost done, the person working on me, then started working on the other person leaving my toenails unpainted. We came with the expectation that we’d be getting our pedicures at the same time. But instead it ended up being a waiting game. Then there’s supposed to be complimentary drinks. No one offered anything. We had to ask. And they didn’t even have everything available that’s listed on their list of services/menu. Overall, I wouldn’t be mad at the prices if the pedicure was worth it. But it was the most basic pedicure ever that I normally would pay $23 for. Then the icing on the cake was still charging and extra $18 for gel polish. With their prices, gel needs to be included. Call me cheap, but I know a rip off when I see it. Then to make matters worse, the tell me after they’ve already removed previous polish that they’re charging and extra fee for removing it. I definitely will NOT be back. They weren’t very welcoming and the atmosphere just felt off. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing. Instead, I ended up being more annoyed than anything. Come at your own risk. ***UPDATE*** After posting my initial review, my grandmother and I headed to the front to pay. My grandmother inquired about them waiving the gel removal fee. They denied the request. As my grandmother tried to explain why they should (waiting more than 30min for someone to start her pedi, not being made aware of the charge until after the service was completed, not being offered drinks, etc) they still declined and said she should have said something while she was still in the chair. They kept trying to talk over her. So at this point, I step in. Then the owner walks in and they tell us to speak to the owner. Before we can, they start explaining (in their language) and the owner had already made up her mind. She was very short. She said that even though we called ahead, there were changes after we called and they no longer had sufficient staff. That should’ve been explained to us and she said they didn’t have to let us know that. There was a lot of back and forth. And ultimately, she said she would have given us the discount if we were being nice (lol). We were calm until we felt disrespected and played with. They were the ones being rude and short, then at the end, the 1st person that talked to us came back to me trying to be nice. I WILL NOT EVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AND ANY OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS…EVER!!!! Then they make it seem like we were being cheap by saying it’s just $5. The issue ultimately wasn’t the $5 being discounted. It was the principle of what that discount represented. They were unwilling to provide exceptional customer service and their business will forever suffer because of it. You attract more people with kindness…especially if you’re going to have prices that aren’t competitive. Before leaving, I decided to record the exchange between the owner and my grandmother and that’s when all hell broke loose. To sum it all up, she threatened to call the police (she called a peer instead lol) and she threatened to hold me hostage until I deleted the video from my phone. After almost 30min, she finally let us pay then told us not to return. And guess what, she definitely won’t ever have to worry about seeing us in any of her shops ever again!!!!

I came here for my birthday today with a group of six people. Everyone was so nice. I’m very happy with my pedicure. The place was very clean and everyone was so kind and we enjoyed our time. What a great day!

Quinn did my manicure. They were busy but worked me in quickly. She removed my old dipped nails and applied a new set which turned out beautifully. I’m ready for vacation! She did not offer any additional treatment such as defoliation or moisturizing, but with others waiting I wasn’t disappointed.
