8-Twelve is a true neighborhood gem. It is the kind of place where kids can grab a snack and a fun drink for a reasonable price, and then just relax after school. Even though it is not as close to the middle or high school as some of the other hangouts, it has become one of our favorites. I appreciate that it has lasted the test of time and I hope it continues to thrive. One of the best parts is that they offer non-caffeinated tea drinks for the kids, which is rare and so thoughtful. 8-Twelve has that welcoming vibe that makes it feel like part of the community.

Excellent crepe not too sure about the boba the flavors sound like they use syrups in the tea but overall would come here for the dessert. The prices were decent

Such a hidden gem! My brother and I come here quite often and the workers always treat us with so much care. The boba is always delicious and the prices are great. The workers also always hand us a complimentary bubble waffle stick, which we greatly appreciate and love. Heavily recommend.

No frills great drinks and snacks. I really love this place's design and set up, feels old school in all the right ways. The milk shakes are great, and I love the little egg puffs. Guys working the counter were all hard work and friendly. Seems like a spot for a lot of young people to get an affordable bite. They have a lot of fun arcade and board games to try out too

The place is pretty cool, more like a hangout spot for the younger crowd. The creps were ok but not great. The boba tea was pretty good, you get to serve your own toppings before they add the tea. We had fun playing with the super sized jenga.
