Many customer comments specifically recognize Sergio for being thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. One review describes a complete diagnostic that identified and resolved multiple issues, while another says he inspected a Jeep beyond the original concern and explained what needed immediate attention versus what could wait. That approach can be especially helpful for drivers who want more than a quick repair and prefer to understand the condition of their vehicle. Customers also mention that Sergio explains the recommended work clearly, helping them feel comfortable with decisions about parts, labor, and timing.

The reported service experience includes several important repair needs. Customers say Sergio completed the entire air-conditioning system on a 2017 Tahoe and replaced the evaporator on a 2019 Ford Transit, with both vehicles working properly afterward. Another reviewer called about an alternator replacement for a Lexus IS 250 and praised the price, the explanation, and the result. A separate customer needed help after an alternator failed on a rainy day and said Sergio offered a fair price and worked late the following day. These examples point to experience with diagnostic work, electrical components, and vehicle A/C concerns.

The atmosphere described in the reviews is personal, patient, and reassuring rather than rushed. Customers appreciate being treated respectfully, receiving straightforward answers, and getting pricing that feels fair for both parts and labor. 813 Mobile Auto Repair may be a good fit for Tampa drivers dealing with an alternator problem, A/C trouble, an uncertain dashboard issue, or a vehicle inspection that needs careful attention. It can also suit owners who value reasonable turnaround and direct communication.
