About

99 Ranch Market is listed on FindALoco in Beaverton, OR with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Asian Grocery Store.

99 Ranch Market is an Asian grocery store at 8155 SW Hall Blvd in Beaverton, Oregon, serving shoppers looking for a broad range of Asian ingredients and everyday market finds. Its selection is described by customers as pan-Asian, with particular appeal for people seeking Taiwanese and Chinese products. One reviewer specifically visits for Taiwanese items such as Oolong tea, while others point to the store’s range of seafood, vegetables, bakery goods, deli offerings, and packaged groceries. The store is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., making it a convenient option for both planned shopping trips and evening stops.

The seafood department is a notable draw. Customers mention an extensive fish selection, reasonable prices, and helpful staff who can clean fish for shoppers. Fresh vegetables and fruit are also part of the market’s offering, though customer impressions of produce quality are mixed: some praise the selection, while others say freshness can vary, particularly for certain fruits and potatoes. The range may be useful when planning meals that call for specific Asian ingredients, but checking individual items is sensible. One customer also raised a concern about a meat package whose contents did not match what they expected from the label, so careful inspection of packaging is a good practice.

In addition to groceries, customers mention an in-store deli and bakery. Reviews describe the deli as especially appealing and the bakery as skilled at Asian pastries, offering a convenient way to pick up prepared food or a treat alongside a grocery shop. One reviewer found the in-house restaurant decent, though experiences and preferences will naturally differ. Shoppers also note sale prices and money-off coupons, which may make the market worth checking for promotions when stocking up. These food counters and specialty departments give the store more of a market feel than a simple stop for packaged goods.

With a 4.3 rating from 2,807 reviews, 99 Ranch Market in Beaverton has attracted many shoppers, while the comments show that experiences can vary by department and product. It may suit people looking for Asian pantry staples, Taiwanese and Chinese groceries, seafood, fish-cleaning service, Asian pastries, or deli food in one place. The clean, pleasant shopping environment mentioned by a customer may also be welcome for a focused browse through unfamiliar ingredients. Located on SW Hall Boulevard, the store is open seven days a week, 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. For the best visit, check produce and packaged meat as you shop, and ask staff for help with seafood or finding a particular product.

This was one of the most deceptive meat purchases I’ve ever made. I bought a package at 99 Ranch Market clearly labeled “Duck Wings.” From the outside, it looked like I was getting duck wings for a good price. Once I opened it, I realized the actual wings were only placed on top, while underneath were duck feet, a beak/head portion, and other non-wing parts that were not clearly disclosed That is not a simple mistake. That is misleading packaging. If you are selling mixed duck parts, label it as mixed duck parts. Do not label the package “Duck Wings” and hide feet and beak pieces underneath where customers cannot reasonably see them before buying. I have no issue with selling duck feet, heads, beaks, or any other parts. The issue is honesty. Customers deserve accurate labels and transparent packaging, not surprise animal parts buried under the product they thought they were buying. This feels like bait-and-switch merchandising, and it seriously damages my trust in this store’s meat department. I would strongly caution other customers to inspect every package carefully before buying meat here. What the label says may not be what you actually get. Buyer beware is all I can say.

I really like the fish section here. It offers a great variety at reasonable prices. Also the service staff is helpful and does a great job in terms of cleaning the fish. Fruit and vegetable section is also great. Items are fresh and …

Produce is definently not a strong suit here. It's decent but you can tell some of the stock is old (potatoes are pretty bad as well as some of the fruit [luxury fruit in particular]). Otherwise good selection of asian goods. Nothing much to complain about. In-house restaraunt is pretty decent too.

Pretty great pan-Asian selection. Their deli is dangerously addictive. The bakery is quite skilled in Asian pastry baking. Extensive seafood and fresh vegetable selections. They have decent sale prices and give money off coupons.

This is a Taiwanese base Chinese market with a clean and pleasant shopping environment. It’s a place I deliberately seek out because it offers easy access to Taiwanese products. On this particular visit, I came to purchase Taiwanese Oolong …
