A&B Lashes - Lashes Salon Spring TX

I don’t usually leave long reviews, but I feel like this experience needs to be shared so others know what to expect. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I originally went to this business at their previous location and had a negative experience. After I left an honest review, the owner Lisa personally contacted me asking me to delete it and offered a free lash service at their new location. I agreed and gave them another chance. At first, the service at the new location was great. The owner was the one doing my lashes, and I was very satisfied. However, over time, the consistency completely fell off. Even when I specifically booked with her, she would either not do my lashes or have someone else do them instead including one visit where she sat on her phone while another technician worked on me. The quality also became inconsistent depending on who did the service. The last full set I received was not full at all and did not look like a fresh set. I reached out the same day with photos to express my concerns, and initially received no response. After following up, I was told to come back to have them fixed. When I returned (earlier than scheduled specifically to fix their mistake), I again requested the owner. She agreed but when I got there, I was once again passed to someone else. On top of that, I was charged full price for a fill, even though I came earlier than normal to correct a service that was poorly done in the first place . At that point, it became clear this business prioritizes money and appearances over customer satisfaction and consistency. The initial great service felt more like a way to secure me as a client, but once I became a regular, the level of care dropped significantly. Consistency matters when it comes to lashes, and I made it very clear I preferred one specific technician. That preference was repeatedly ignored, and the results showed every time someone else worked on me.I will not be returning. I also want to be clear that I previously removed my original review in good faith, but this experience reflects a pattern, not a one-time issue. If you’re considering booking here, just be aware that your experience may not be consistent, and you may not get the technician you request even if you’re told otherwise.

They refused to service because l didn’t have an ID stating l was 18 even though I’ve been here before times! The service is terrible nun of the workers seem competent or seem to speak much English. I would give this place a 0/10 if I could!

I have been coming here for over a year now and every nail tech that has worked on my nails has been very professional and amazing at their job. I have never walked away unhappy with their services. You also can’t beat the price here either. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone I know and regularly bring family and friends here. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you can.

Mindy has done it again! She was very accommodating and attentive to how I wanted my nails. My daughter and I have been searching for a nail salon that we liked and enjoyed the experience as we are new to Houston. Thanks for doing such great work, Mindy!

I got a pedicure and a refill with polish ,and I wish she could have been more firm with the foot scrub and pedicure. As for the polish I normally get powder but I went with her suggestion on getting the polish and I regret it. It has air bubbles in my nails and it to not look good . It’s okay from far back but close up it looks horrible & im sad about that. However they were nice and kind. I will give them another chance only thing I will do differently is be more direct about what I want before service is started.
