Tried boba for the first time here, mango sago was good and my wife got strawberry fruit tea. My wife wasn’t a fan, so I asked if we could exchange it, the cashier told me I’d have to pay for another one (no big deal). She asked what she didn’t like about it and I said I’m not sure, she just wanted a different one and ordered the strawberry banana. While I was waiting with the old drink in my hand, I tossed the old one since we didn’t want it (and no alternatives were offered for disposal). After a few minutes the cashier asked if I tossed it in the trash and I said I did. She then asked me to dig it out of the trash because they “try not to put liquid in the trash”. The drinks themselves are good, but I would avoid this place in the future after our experience.

This place is so awesome and clean! All the drinks that we have tried are delicious and refreshing! The service is great and we keep coming back! Highly recommend their signature drink, taro drink, matcha smoothie with extra cheese foam, honeydew milk tea, and dirty boba!!!
The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although they seemed short-staffed, the wait time was completely understandable and handled well. The only drawback was the lack of customization options — it would be nice to be able to adjust things like sugar levels or other ingredients, as many similar places allow.
