Sign in to reviewFood was delish. It was a little confusing if they wanted you to order at your table or with the waitress. It was very busy when we went in a food was there in a timely manner. One pho dish we ordered didn’t come exactly as described as on the menu but nevertheless great food .The house special pho is delicious. The broth is so delicious and delicate, you can taste all of the aromatics in it. I also got the vermicelli and BBQ pork and chicken was amazing. The spring rolls are some of the best I've had. Definitely try this place!!
This place is definitely worth your time and money. I ordered the pork and spring roll vermicelli bowl and was shocked at the ample serving of pork which was thick cut and yet extremly tender and so flavorful! The friendly waitstaff alone is reason enough but the quality of the food paired with the peaceful outdoor seating area makes this a must visit!
This is one of my top 3 Vietnamese restaurants in the San Antonio area. I'm surprised by the four star rating. If you want authentic Vietnamese food, this is one of the three in the area. They have stuff that isn't watered down for the Chinese Food seeking crowd. The duck and Bun Bo Hue is legit. If you want just the fried rice and egg rolls, just go get it at HEB. Dont embarrass yourself by going here to get it.
I tried the Vietnamese spring rolls and they were delicious. They came with bean sprouts, cilantro and a spicy vinaigrette. The tofu hot and sour soup was also tasty. The entree is Moogoo Gai Pan. The service was quick and efficient. Plenty of parking.
We live nearby and have come here many times. The food has always been good, we’ve always had good service. The issue we have (and I’m surprised to not see more reviews about it) is the cleanliness. This place is unfortunately filthy. The front door, the windows, the floors, and the bathrooms. We like the food, but when you see a restaurant that can’t keep the common areas that people see clean, you have to assume the kitchen isn’t clean either. 😬 We were coming frequently enough to know it wasn’t just a busy day and they didn’t get a chance to clean yet, but that it just doesn’t get cleaned.
