Sign in to reviewWent here last week, and my lashes started falling out the same day. For the next three days after that, I continued losing multiple lashes on each side. I brought it to their attention, and the only times they offered for a fix were almost 11 AM or 3 PM on a Wednesday. I work a regular 9-5 and wasn't able to make either of those times work. I was expecting at least some flexibility or effort to make the situation right, especially considering the service felt rushed and that's likely why the lashes were falling out so quickly. When I asked if I could come the following day during the time I actually had available, I was told I would be charged to have them fixed. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a business. The lack of care or accountability was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately I would not recommend going here.
Easy to book. They took same day walk in. The neighborhood look a bit sketchy. There’s not much spa atmosphere, no soothing background music or anything and a few techs or students were practicing on mannequin on the other beds while chatting. My tech was nice and friendly. Matched Groupon price and paid $70 including $10 removal fee and tip to get 13mm cat eye volume set ($50ish on Groupon) and I’m satisfied so far. I think it’s a good solid deal. ***edit: fell off kind of too fast, in about 2 weeks it was mostly off/messed up compared to some places manage 1 month + easily on my lashes. the glue technique isn’t the best but hey the price..
Amazing first-time experience! The studio is clean and relaxing, and the lash tech was super gentle and professional. My lashes look beautiful and natural — I love them! Definitely coming back!
This shop is very good, and I visit it every month. Their two mascara artists, Lucy and Angela, are very nice, they can keep my eyelashes very tidy for a long time, and I like it very much.
This is the best eyelash salon I have ever been to. Angel did amazing job,I like them very much. The service here is also very good. I will recommend my friends to come here.
