Used class pass for 8 credits for a pedicure at 2pm on Saturday the 25th. I came in and it was already seeming like a problem but I just shook it off. I asked for tips on my big toes and French tip. She said she wouldn’t have time and also needed me to book the additional services through class pass which ended up being 26 credits total for my pedicure. She told me to come back at 4pm which I gladly said okay too. I came back at 4 and she seems to be more accommodating which was nice. My toes didn’t look amazing as she cut my other nails without asking but I figured it was fine because i only used credits instead of paying out of pocket. I also told her I’d be coming back Sunday for a full nail set which was only available as gel x and asked if I would need to book any additional services through class pass to have them done and she said no, the reservation for 11 credits for a full set was enough. When I get there Sunday the gentleman doing my nails advised that for French tip I’d have to book any additional services additional service. I told him that that’s not i was told the day before and he said that’s fine and he’ll go ahead and do it which i appreciated. Both days I was told that they weren’t sure how well tips would hold being that my nails were short which has never been a problem at any other salon so I just said okay and figured it’d be fine. My nail length was uneven especially on my pinkies but again I just said whatever. The service took two hours. I was satisfied with the cuticle care and ingrown removals however I noticed a lot of excess product around my nails when I left. I again tried to shake it off and said to myself that it was class pass credits and to know not to book again. My nails were done Sunday the 26th. TWO days later on Tuesday the 28th, I was at my desk job and went to scratch my shoulder and my index finger nail popped off with absolutely no effort. It was as if it slipped off. I was very annoyed as I had plans after work. I called the salon and they said I could come in which I gladly did. The tech, different from the other two who had done my nails/toes, rushed through it all. I kept comparing the nail she was working on to my other index finger and the length was clearly off but she just ignored it and kept going. She used the short tips while the guy before used long tips and cut it down. The shape and length are completely different. I just wanted to get out of there and when looking at the hand by itself it was generally fine as long as I didn’t compare to the other hand. I would’ve just left this all alone except on that same day, I looked at my toes and noticed a crack on my big toe. I’ve NEVER had any of this happen and it was extremely frustrating as I don’t feel like I expect too much and was very patient through it all. I’m writing this so others don’t waste their credits, let alone their money on subpar work. If class pass clients are a burden or going to annoy staff, simply stop offering services through the platform. I’m disappointed and frustrated and constantly feel like the other nails are just gonna pop off randomly and it’s only been 5 days. Editing on Tuesday May 5, which is 10 days after my pedicure here to add a picture of my toe. No cuticle work was done and the crack is clear ): Feels like such a waste of 37 class pass credits and so much time /:

Everyone here is so sweet and welcoming! I got Michelle as my nail artist and she did it beautifully! She paired the closest color to the photo I showed her! It was a fast cleanup and painting! I got a hand massage and even got an exfoliating service! It was a very relaxing atmosphere and everyone that I’ve met that works here are all so kind (Chris, Michelle, Saba, and Alex), I can’t wait to try out their other nail techs!

I’ve been going to Paint for a few years now and seriously have had nothing but wonderful experiences. From the front desk people to the nail artists, Everyone is always in such a wonderful mood and the overall atmosphere is upbeat and positive. I’ve never had a bad experience while coming here! In fact, it’s always a joy to have a break from the day to day and come here to relax. My nails always come out perfectly no matter who does them and I love that when you want to have fun with designs, each artist is willing to let loose and have fun with it! And the best part is that they use good products that are safe for your nails and not full of toxins - which is the BIG reason why I chose to start coming here. Even though I don’t live in Dallas anymore, I always manage to take the hour drive to make it out there to get my nails done because it’s worth it! I would recommend this place over and over again.

One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while. Alex took really great care of my feet and we had a fun chat. Definitely recommend him

UPDATE: This place used to be great. However, the business was recently sold and the quality of service has plummeted. They’ve lost most of their staff- techs I’ve been seeing for years. I tried to switch to other people and they are all leaving. I’m finally done after being asked to switch my appointment time with short notice for the second time in a row. As someone who has developed an allergy to certain nail polishes, dip powder, and adhesives, this place has been my saving grace! They use non-toxic nail products so I can have beautiful nails without an allergic reaction. Their sanitation practices are also top notch!
