I called and they were not happy to deal with me or even answer the phone. They got to be cheap as hell. How are they in business. I only out one star because I could leave it without the star to put the review. I bet half the stars are from having to put it.
Just stopped for a quote, There were two ladies. When I asked for a quote , one said that as soon as the other one was done, she would help me because she is leaving. I take a seat, and I wait, while the second lady is doing her job. When she is done, I believe it's a known customer who walks in. She takes care of her and leaves me there like I don't exist. I guess they don't need my business. Poor service If they don't like the job they do, they should look into something they like and get paid for, I don't care for long faces. Inside HEB hwy 6 and Bellaire location.
Pamela was of no help to me. My policy was cancelled due to a claim and I wasn't made aware until I called in to pay. She tells me it's been cancelled for 3 weeks. When I tried getting my insurance cards to go elsewhere I had to call MULTIPLE TIMES because she "couldn't find proof of coverage". The last time we spoke I asked, "Do you have my email address?", she said not to worry about it, she had it. AND I NEVER GOT ANYTHING SENT OVER. I used to deal with Cesar at this location and he was great, but now it's best I just avoid the company all together.

The worst most uninviting experience given at this location at H‑E‑B. Today 7/10/2023 at 10:25am I walked up to A-MAX kiosk asking for an insurance quote. I was not greeted by the agent. She was doing nothing but using a sani wipe to wipe down her desk. Her only response to me while rolling her eyes was are you even planning on purchasing today? As if it was a waste of her time to even speak to me! Buyer beware pick another office location that actually wants to do business. She was wearing red shirt and in the right cubicle. She definitely needs to find another career outside of customer service because her attitude is appalling!!!
