I can’t say enough great things about Aaron Taylor – The Real Estate Guy. He actually sold my parents’ home over 30 years ago, so when it came time for me to buy my first home, I already knew I was in good hands. From start to finish, everything went incredibly smooth. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to walk you through every step of the process. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and he made sure I understood everything without ever feeling overwhelmed. What stood out the most was his patience. He showed me numerous homes and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and stuck with me until I found the perfect home. He was always responsive, professional, and truly had my best interest in mind the entire time. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares, Aaron is the one.

I met with Aaron and Jennifer Turco for the initial listing meeting. They were both so knowledgeable and their experience and expertise helped me feel very comfortable through the entire listing, sale, and closing of my home. Jennifer went above and beyond for my open house and made friends with all my neighbors, I think they were hoping she would buy the house due to her kind and friendly personality. She was amazing. I also appreciated Ginger for all she did to answer my questions (and there were a lot) I would recommend this team for a smooth home sale or purchase!

I had a great experience. I just sold a house in another state and the real estate agent was nothing like Yvonne Fronczak. Yvonne was so friendly, helped us navigate so many details and always kept us up-to-date on the progress. She was always happy and willing to help us with what we needed to find the right place for us. In addition to Yvonne, once we were in escrow there was Ginger, Jennifer (Fidelity Title) and others that help us through the process as well as send us details on all the utilities etc. This was literally the best and smoothest process with everyone there to answer any questions we had and never got annoyed with all the questions. We really appreciate that!

STACEY SAVED ME!!! I am moving from Houston to Las Vegas this month for graduate school and was working with a different leasing locator who dropped me a WEEK before I needed to sign a lease and move! I desperately called around, and both the receptionist I spoke with and Stacey, who I ended up working with, were absolute guardian angels. From the moment I called their office, Stacey got to work finding me places in safe areas and even went on virtual tours across the city for me that same afternoon. I was clearly frantic and panicking (admittedly, I was not the perfect customer!), but Stacey was incredibly kind and patient with me throughout the entire experience. I am so happy with the condo she found. I feel like she really prioritized my safety and concerns, ensuring I'll be in a great home for the next few years. I owe this woman my life. I cannot recommend Stacey and this office enough!!!!
