Had a great experience with AB Imports Auto in Irving. They replaced my control arms, axles, and windshield, everything was handled professionally and in a very friendly manner. Big thanks to the owner, Binesh, and his team — Clarissa and Eliza, for being so helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. What really stood out was how trustworthy and transparent they were with pricing, especially compared to bigger dealerships. They also provided a loaner car, which made things very convenient. The work was completed quickly (within a day), and they kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and genuine auto service.

I've gone to a bunch of local mechanics in Irving to see who is honest and willing to genuinely help out, and I can't find any other place like this. All I can say is please do not expect them to magically fix it. Do your own research, check under your car, buy the parts yourself, or go over there and get an inspection. These people are willing to keep you informed and EDUCATE YOU. Thank you to all the employees working there and specifically thank you Oscar for answering all my questions and explaining everything. Also please be nice to the lady in the front desk. I didn't get her name but she's so sweet and very helpful with updates and setting everything up🙏

Ben is always easy to work with. Got repair done on my RAV4 which was delayed by Toyota service centre. Ben quickly arranged for the original parts and repaired the same day. Fair pricing and quick turnaround.
