ABA FOODMART - WATER & ICE ( Asian Halal Food)

ABA FOODMART - WATER & ICE (Asian Halal Food) is an Asian grocery store associated with Glendale, California, offering Asian food products alongside water and ice. The supplied business details contain a location mismatch: the city field says Glendale, CA, while the street address, 6114 N 59th Ave space # 8, Glendale, AZ 85301, is in Glendale, Arizona. Please verify the location before visiting. This distinction matters for anyone searching locally for an Asian grocery store in Glendale, CA or Glendale, AZ.

The store’s product mix is useful for people shopping for ingredients to prepare Asian and Indian foods at home. One customer described finding fresh Asian food products for Indian cooking at what they considered a fair price. Another review mentions fresh meats, though selection and availability can change, so shoppers with a specific ingredient in mind may want to check directly before making a special trip. The business name also points to its focus on water and ice, making it a potential stop for everyday needs as well as grocery shopping.

Water and ice are among the clearest reasons customers visit. Reviews mention a water and ice dispenser and describe it as an easy way to get ice for a cooler before a party or outing. That practical option may suit households, cooks, and people preparing for gatherings who need ice in addition to groceries. Customer comments also praise friendly staff, while another shopper reports an unpleasant odor that made it difficult to browse. Experiences can vary, and visitors sensitive to strong food-market smells may wish to keep that feedback in mind.

Customer feedback is mixed, including a serious concern about a product purchased in June 2026 that was found at home with a January 2026 best-before date. Because freshness and date labels matter, inspect packages before buying and ask staff about any item that raises questions. Other reviewers describe fresh products, friendly service, and reasonable prices for water and ice. Taken together, reviews suggest a neighborhood shop with useful grocery, meat, water, and ice options, alongside areas where shoppers may want to check products carefully.

The listed hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Saturday through Sunday; Friday is listed as closed. For shoppers looking for an Asian grocery store, ingredients for Indian cooking, fresh meat, or a convenient source of water and ice, ABA FOODMART - WATER & ICE (Asian Halal Food) may be worth considering once its correct Glendale location is confirmed.
