My wife is Cambodian and like this place but we have experienceed some very Dodgy behavior. When ever we buy something at the seafood counter or Pork & Chicken counter they always weigh it and place a price sticker on it for you to take up to the check out. But when it comes to buying a Live Lobster they refuse to weigh it and say they will do this up front?? I finally asked why do you do this and everyone pretended not to speak English. So we followed through and had them weigh it at the check out and it showed 3.48 pounds when I arrived home we immediately put it on our scale and it weighed 3.08? They are totally scamming people. And when you choose not to weigh my product in the department it comes from then you are up to something no good. We will never purchase Lobster again from this market until they weigh it in front of us at the Seafood department not at the check out. Big cheaters!!!

ABC Supermarket has a great selection of Vietnamese goods, making it a convenient stop for specific items. However, the store itself is old, small, and feels a bit cramped. There’s a $10 minimum for credit card payments, which can be inconvenient for small purchases. Most of their items are noticeably more expensive compared to other supermarkets in the area. That said, the one standout feature is their unbeatable lobster prices—they also offer a cooking service for an extra fee, which is a nice touch. Overall, it’s worth a visit for the lobster, but not much else.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred today involving a cashier named Tana N. Since your store does not provide or sell bags, I used a couple of produce bags to hold the fish I purchased, mainly to prevent any leakage from dripping in my car. I left these bags in my cart while checking out. However, during the checkout process, the cashier stepped away from her register and removed the bags without explanation. When I tried to explain that I needed them for my fish, she turned her back and refused to engage with me. Despite repeatedly saying “hello” and “excuse me,” I was ignored. Her behavior came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, she made a comment to another cashier that made it seem as though I was doing something wrong by using the produce bags. What was especially concerning was that I observed other customers being allowed to take bags without issue, which made the situation feel unfair and uncomfortable. I hope the owners/manages take this matter seriously and address the behavior demonstrated by TANA N. employee. Customers should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. I would also encourage improved customer service training to prevent similar experiences in the future.

07/15 7:30 PM The lady at checkout counter 8 had a really BAD attitude, which seriously affected the customer experience and the image of the supermarket. But the fish staff in the fresh produce department is very nice.
